Also, the majority of the fighting doesn't matter at all and the only incentive for it is the leader heal, but the grouping effect this has is nearly useless for protecting the leader because of the leader tracking outline. Actually has UFO interaction!
>probed - Actually has UFO interaction, beam actually works well (but too well, and doesn't last quite as long as it should), has the inside of a UFO, has otherworld environment damage (albeit completely unexplained) and buff portals…but still no aliens, and actually no special gameplay features past regular KoTH, just occasional-access buff chamber. Actual map is cramped and super generic KoTH with just enough vantage points and open spaces (all right around the point) for engies, heavies and snipers to camp at unprecedented levels. Whoever has the most heavies/engis will win the round regardless of most other factors.
>Byre openly has not a single fucking thing to do with the update or the theme and has less map features and more random shit thrown in the way of getting a clear shot
>invasion coin still seemingly on the fence about whether it's tracking kills or kills + assists, and whether it has strange ranks or not
>servers full of people hilariously praying for crate drops and raging about not getting crates; prices for a single crate still around the price of the ticket itself, and likely won't drop much below $1 until the drop refresh Thursday when everyone realizes that oh yeah, they're just crates and they'll be dropping through the end of December
