It's a good game. I'd recommend it based on the story and maybe the tfs. The gameplay is kinda crap though.
The puzzles are usually pretty easy (there's a ton of simple Sokoban and a few mildly challenging riddles) and the chase sequences are tedious (always trial-and-error type deals where you do the same thing over and over until you learn where all the cheap deaths are hiding). There are maybe one or two genuinely fun parts of the game, like the part with the bats where you can and have to plan out your movement carefully.
The tfs are fairly kinky, but not really overtly lewd. Really more of a reward for getting through the game than something to fap to on their own. The story is pretty good. There's plenty of other stuff to read if you're into that. There are a few interesting decisions to make, but replaying through the levels to get to different endings is a real grind.
