When it comes down to it, /r/hapas and other such plebbits are really about anti-white racism. Plebbit admins won't remove it because they are anti-white racists too. All the harassment Tenda sends out against Asian and Eurasian women as well as giving Asian guys a bad reputation is seen as collateral damage. Obviously with their analytics and fingerprinting they can see who is running which sock accounts and who is responsible for what. But as long as it attacks white people, it will stay, and they won't ban Tenda.
Remember /r/againstharassment? A great example of the admins not caring. Though even there, many of the Asian women are leftists and want to believe "white trolls" are responsible when it was obviously mostly Tenda all along. They have just as much bullshit to cover for as Tenda, and they complement each other as they both need to attack white people to justify their behaviour and hide their sins.
You are right this will do nothing, and Tenda will probably get a laugh out of it to be brutally honest, but I can't blame Persephone given the amount of shit he's put her through. It's been multiple years of harassment and manipulation even before she knew who he was.
