IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN!
DEF CON 26 will be starting this week on the 9th. Is anyone here going? Unfortunately I can't make it because of being a slovenly poor loser, but surely something great will come out of it again this year.
Last year we got cool stuff like x86 ISA fuzzing. We've had a lot of news since last DEF CON, like KRACK, SPECTRE/MELTDOWN, and a whole bunch of other stuff. What kind of work will these security researchers and hobbyists find with this new knowledge?
Letting this thread be a place to post conversation about talks or anything CON related until it actually kicks off this week.
