Eurofag here. A Friend of mine got a totally legally acquired iPhone.
Well to use it he has to factory reset it using iCloud (using a VPN).
Let *imagine* it would be a stolen iPhone, what risk would he take, legally speaking and is it even possible/probable to get caught from a technical standpoint?
