When you are using a tool, and that tool is broken, has a bug, doesn't do what it should, you should consider it exceptional that the creator of that tool will actually fix the problem. You can file a bug report, but don't expect it to get fixed, or fixed in a timely manner. I used to file bug reports but now I no longer bother, I work around them or fix them myself. If you get a response from the creator it's usually "I don't consider that important enough to fix" or "It's not a bug, it's a feature"
