Hey, /tech/! Laid out any cool PCBs lately using the FLOSS EDA package, KiCAD?

I'm going to be doing a stream at 6:30 PM EST on my YouTube channel where I'm going to be finishing up laying out a power supply backplane board for a Raspberry Pi in KiCAD.

FUCKING software can't even rotate text inside schematic symbols, fucking use cracked altium or at least eagle but dont fucking use kicad

kicad is free while Altium is non-free. That's a big problem for me.

What do you mean by can't rotate text inside symbol? You can do that, just press R.
