Ebola-chan is an anthropomorphic personification of the Ebola virus. She looks like a young petite pale girl somewhere in her teens. Typically, she dresses in a white nurse coat covering her to her upper legs, with an accompanying white nurse cap bearing her sigil (a winged blood drop) on her head. Her lower clothes are more debatable and range from nothing at all to simple shoes and long socks creating absolute territory. In case of the socks, however, it is generally agreed they too are white. In her hair she wears a white lilac flower with five petals. She's occasionally seen carrying a (sometimes bleeding) human skull around whose origins are unknown, but probably belonged to a victim of hers.
For the most part, Ebola-chan looks like a normal human, but there are a few telltale signs she's anything but. The irises of her eyes are bright yellow. She has fangs. Out of her back grow purple bat wings. And most tellingly, her unnatural pink-coloured hair has two twintails that end in fleshy tendrils giving off an aura of malice and looking a lot like ebola in its virus form.
