Aurelia, the golden girl, is a young caucasian woman with long messy black hair tied in two braids with white kitty hairpins at the ends, and golden eyes. She's of regular height and weight, but although her clothing does a great job hiding it, she allegedly has a large chest. Her clothing can vary (though her colour scheme remains predominantly yellow), but when alone she prefers comfy urban clothing like baggy hoodies with slogans. She also sometimes wears a necklace with a Bitcoin logo ornament.

Aurelia is an anarcho-capitalist and heiress to her own private military company specialised in preventing and combating leftist extremism. She has a great dislike for communists, to the point where she sometimes likes to put on a hat and cape to LARP as General Pinochet throwing commies out of helicopters, but otherwise she's pretty down to earth. In contrast, she loves guns and has a sizable collections of all kinds, including her own homemade ones and possibly nuclear missiles if her "McNukes" detonation device is to be believed.

Curiously, Aurelia has struck up a friendship with /monarchy/'s Grace, in contrast to their political beliefs as Grace leans more toward the authoritarian side of the spectrum. Her circle of friends later expanded to also include /fascism/'s Integralist-chan. These three strange bedfellows got along so well that when 8chan went down permanently, they temporarily bunkered down together.

Aurelia was brainstormed between late April and June 2019, after one anon kept pushing for a new board-tan because he felt the old one was tainted by indirect /leftypol/ connections. In the spirit of the free market, the rest of the board went with it. Her initial design featured her with blond hair (in reference to her name - Aurelia means The Golden One), but this was quickly changed. Earlier versions also went harder on the commie hunter aesthetic before settling on her simpler outfit. Lastly, anons briefly played with the idea of her secretly being a catgirl (and needing glasses), but this element was quickly scrapped. Nowadays the only reference to it is found in the hairpins in her braids.
