/tan/ - Board-tans

/loomis/-tan, also called LooMiss or Miss Loo, is a gynoid with shoulderlength colourless hair in a side-part style and (often) a ribbon that doubles as an antenna. She has big but simple cartoon eyes, and her face is marked with wrapping lines. Below the neck she's proportioned like an artist's mannequin, sometimes including puppet joints, and her entire body can become semi-transparent, making her literally look sketchy. For clothing /loomis/-tan wears a simple dress, sometimes with /L/ for /loomis/ emblazoned on it. Despite how she looks, /loomis/-tan is in fact composed of some type of oiled and smooth wood that defies all explanation.

/loomis/-tan's great passion in life is drawing, but the poor dear hates her art at its current level, so she practices and studies every day trying to improve her craft. She's also pretty shy about her work, quickly embarrassed in general, and lewd implications can easily get her flustered.

/loomis/-tan was brainstormed in early September 2017. Several designs and some consolidations were offered, but the sketchy mannequin enjoyed the most support.

/loomis/-tan has a talking pet made of clay that can easily shift its shape to help her with still lives and life drawing practice. When it's not doing that, its form defaults to that of a puppy, although it's unknown if that's its true form. While it is genuine in its desire to help, it does have a mischievous side and likes to tease /loomis/-tan on occasion by making her uncomfortable.
