Heinrich is a small bipedal white cat with no nose, and 3 pink dots next to both of his big button eyes. He usually wears a black Wehrmacht coat with an accompanying metal helmet, but has been known to wear other outfits.
In both appearance and personality, Heinrich is completely adorable. Because of that, people who don't agree with them are willing to overlook Heinrich's fashion choices or some opinions he might have on how to organise a state or deal with minority groups. Physically, Heinrich's age remains constant at 2 years and 5 months, but he is much older than that. Some say he was the result of a nazi experiment in which they fed a regular cat catfood laced with super soldier serum, which would make him at least 70 years old, but he's been seen hanging out with historical figures even older than that.
