Trzy łyżeczki liści do sitka i do litrowego dzbana. W smaku jest zasadniczo jak inne zielone herbaty ale po każdym łyku w ustach zostaje pewien posmak który mnie niezwykle urzekł. Kojarzy mi się on z orzechami włoskimi ale podczas pierwszego parzenia był intensywniejszy i kojarzył mi się trochę z zapachem jakiegoś szlachetnego drewna czy jakiegoś stonowanego kadzidła.
