I don't know about who, but I think killing her isn't necessary at all.

Think about it, Salem can survive stabbings and regenerate. All you need to do, is keep her in a constant state of pain.

Throwing her at a volcano could work, as it seems regeneration is slow.

However, she could be spit out during an eruption.

Throwing her at a grimm pool is a no, because she already crawled out of one.

Jailing her with wildlife would not work because she would eventually kill whatever you throw at her.

Maybe use an iron maiden?

She would be forced to regenerate everything

The downside however is that we don't know if she can just regenerate around the nails.

If their gimmick is to run around until they get back is a terrible idea. Also, I believe is disingenuous. They may hit a wall, a tree or a volcano while going back.

Booster here seems like the logical option, but because he is just a security guard with fancy gadgets I'm ruling him out. He doesn't have any chance against the horde.

Need to know more about this power. But, if it only reverses age is going to do nothing. Aging stopped when she became immortal. And before you say that she seems to be aging, she shouldn't, she's immortal, it means she just can't

Anyone who can wield the infinity gauntlet. They have the reality stone, which can pretty much do anything, so they can strip her of hers abilities. They can also use the time stone to turn time back on her to when she had no powers, and then they could snap.

Endgame spoilers:

the people who can wield the gauntlet, and thus could beat Salem, are Thanos, the Hulk, and Iron Man (although Tony would technically tie seeing as he would die afterwards)

Any Nasu character who can "see" the concept of death can kill her, if it's possible to kill her. That means both Shikis, or the Old Man of the Mountain, are ideal candidates.

On the other hand, if she absolutely lacks a concept of death, you need someone who can impose the concept of death. This requires someone with a black barrel replica, or similar - meaning the Old Man, Sion, or Gun God. Or hell, anyone who has the black barrel or the replica.

The Old Man is the best candidate, since his stats are superior even to any top end RWBY characters, and his Servant status is an equal match to aura. Most of the others would have a little more difficulty.

For lack of further clarification, I'll just go with "Shiki can kill RWBYs".

Would it be possible to contain her in the phantom zone?

I mean, the kryptonians were able to escape but I'm sure it was because they knew part of the technology behind the teleporter, something that Salem don't.
