Did they ever do the fan-made character contest?

I made one back in season 1 when it was mentioned, then dropped off the face of the planet. I just watched all of seasons 2 and 3 in one sitting, and I'm kicking myself for not having applied. What I'd made would have fit hand-in-glove in the story and roles as they went.

After everything that's happened, I feel an overwhelming urge to revisit the project.

They did a contest to design Velvet (the bunny girl)'s outfit, but I don't think they did a fan-made character contest. Go ahead and post whatever ideas you have, though, I'd be up for reading them.

Oh, that's what I was thinking of. Monty said he planned to eventually open up full character design contests. I guess he never got around to it, and RT doesn't seem in a hurry either.

I might post my guy(s?), but I want to re-draw them.
