So far, the subjects taught to hunters-in-training that they've shown are as follows.

Ozpin: Headmaster

Glynda: Headmistress?/Combat Trainer?

Professor Port: Grimm Studies

Professor Oobleck: Remnant History

Professor Peach: Herbology?

Do you think they'll introduce more teacher characters around Volume 3? If yes, what subjects will they teach? Also, do you think that Qrow and Taiyang will end up as teachers at Beacon by the end of Volume 3?

Well Qrow is already a teacher at another Academy, the same one where Ruby learned to wield the scythe. Taiyang hasn't been confirmed as a teacher as far as I know.

As for introducing new teacher? I'm not 100% sure on that one since this new season seems to be focused on the tournament and might revolve around it to a great extent. We might not get the chance to see any new teachers if that is the case.

They could always introduce a new teacher as judge or CFVY's coach. But I do agree that classroom time will probably be limited this season.

New teachers could probably be introduced at the end of volume 3/beginning of volume 4.

Here are some subjects I think they would teach at Beacon Academy.

First the confirmed classes:

1. Whatever Glynda's class is. (Combat Sparring?)

2. Grimm Studies

3. History

4. Whatever Peach's class is. (Herbology?)

Then the speculative classes:

5. Weapons (Building Weapons, Maintaining Weapons, etc.)

6. Dust (Probably similar to Chemistry Classes IRL.)

7. Aura and Semblances (This two things would most likely be taught in the same class because semblances are an extension of someone's aura if I remember correctly.)

8. Economics (Not sure if Huntsmen/Huntresses need to necessarily know this, but I think it might be useful to hunters in certain situations.)

9. Fitness/Survival/Gym (This is definitely useful for a Hunter's line of work.)

That's all I can think of at the moment. There are probably more subjects worth teaching to hunters-in-training than what I listed. So feel free to add more classes to this list.
