Pallivahankivi eli Pallivaha on noin 10 metriä korkea siirtolohkare Pallivahanmäen kupeessa Turun Pallissa. Kivi on antanut nimensä ympäröivälle Pallivahan eli Pallin asuinalueelle, jossa sijaitsevat muiden muassa Pallivahan koulu ja Pallivahan kirkko. Kiveen liittyy tarina, jonka mukaan sen on nykyiselle paikalleen viskannut läheisellä Nunnavuorella asunut jättiläinen. Nimen Pallivaha alkuosa viittaa kiven muotoon ja tulee murteen "palloa" merkitsevästä sanasta palli. Loppuosa vaha tarkoittaa lounaismurteessa isoa kiveä tai rajakiveä. Kivi on rauhoitettu luonnonmuistomerkkinä.
Vuoden 2011 heinäkuussa yhtenä Turku365 -hankkeen käsityöteoksena Pallivahankivellä toteutettiin paikkasidonnainen taideteos, jossa siirtolohkare verhottiin pienistä pitsiliinoista yhteen ommellulla suurella pitsipeitteellä, johon kaupunkilaiset olivat saaneet lahjoittaa pitsejä, ja pitsejä kerättiin myös kirpputoreilta ja kierrätyskeskuksista eri puolilta Suomea. Ajatuksena teoksessa oli houkutella ihmisiä käyttämään vanhaa kokoontumispaikkaa, jollaisena kiven on kerrottu aiemmin toimineen. Avajaisissa oli läsnä kymmeniä ihmisiä ja teoksen vieraskirjaan jätettiin seuraavan kuukauden aikana runsaasti viestejä, ja vierailijat olivat myös täydentäneet teosta lisäämällä siihen itse tuomiaan pitsialusvaatteita. Teoksen avajaisissa siirtolohkareella nähtiin myös harpunsoittaja.
