meinasin kanssa mennä alkuvuonna hiljaisuus-retriittiin vaikken edes sen tietoisen merkityksen takia vaan lähinnä rauhoittumaan ja miettimään omia asioita
17-vuotiaana kerroin psykiatrille että jos olisin syntynyt satoja vuosia sitten lappiin niin olisin kylän arvostetuin shamaani ja tarjoaisin spirituaalista avustusta kylälle ja istuisin yksin omassa teltassa seilaamassa eri maailmoissa
ehkä se on vain oma persoonallisuus
edellisten lisäksi aina kun todellisuudentaju on järkkynyt niin olen joutunut opettelemaan palaamaan sieltä ilman lääkitystä koska sentapaiset lääkkeet ristireagoivat jonkun geenin muuntuman kanssa aiheuttaen liian korkean veritulppariskin ja niiden määrääminen olisi potkuihin johtava hoitovirhe
psykologiaa ja ihmismieltä ja aihetta sivuavia asioita olen opiskellut päiväkoti-ikäisestä asti
länsimainen käsitys mielenterveydestä ja hoitokeinoista on mielestäni vääristynyt huomattavasti myös vaikken sinänsä ihannoikkaan esimerkiksi itämaisia kulttuureita
