Also somewhat unrelated but does anyone know where you can get a complete collection of all Kochikame manga and anime?

If you really liked HnK you might want to give some other older manime a try.

Sakigake!! Otokojuku, Great Teacher Onizuka, Ashita no Joe, or Space Adventure Cobra all come to mind.

I'd be genuinely amazed if someone actually went and scanlated all 200 volumes. In reality though, you're shit out of luck.

I'd say with that list, Gurren Lagann and Kill La Kill are the obvious thing to recommend. I'm serioues about it as I like them both.

Though, if you have really good taste you should watch Gunbuster, Diesbuster and Getter Robo Armageddon as well.

I found a torrent with all 200 volumes raw but I can't say the same about the anime.
