You could just say you are 1/16th black and complain about them assuming your race which is a social construct.

I'm not even joking. There are whites that identify as being black. And have historically been discriminated against by other whites. Because they had a few black ancestors. A lot of "African Americans" are upwards of 75% European ancestry anyway.
