I actually resent Ashley forviolating her restraining order right here in 8kun, because as a witness to her crime, I am being subpoenaed to appear in Court in 20 days.
It's going to cost money to fly to wisconsin, rent a car, get a hotel room, appear in court, and fly back to Atlanta.
so I can absolutely GUARANTEE that I'm going to recommend that the judge sign a 3-monthChapter 51 Involuntary Psychiatric Evaluation Order, where Ashley can be stabilized on Atypical Antipsychotics, (whether she likes it or not) and then determine how to proceed with Criminal Prosecution.
That would add 3 months to her upcoming 12 month sentence.
That would be 15 months for her mother to fumigate the basement, clean it up, and rent it our to a PAYING TENANT...
And I will be doing Ashley a favor, because it's high time the 33-year-old infant learns how to grow up...
Her mother already told me when Ashley gets out of jail, she's never being allowed back into the basement or the house again..

(the prosecutor & judge are well aware that she's got schizophrenia)
without an attorney, she's toast...
no probation offers
and without addressing her obvious mental health issues voluntarily, she's going to guarantee the court will see her as UNSTABLE and OUT OF CONTROL
they'll see her as a problem
