REAL TALK :

I've actually managed to be the first person in here who evermade you engage in a conversation

granted, they haven't been exactly "normal" conversations, but they indeed WERE conversations, nevertheless...

SO..... I was the first one to ever make you want to actually engage in any semblance of a "two person conversational back & forth" discussion..

hmmm....

so.... now that everybody knows you're capable of engaging in a simple conversation without pretending to be crazy with your fake Billy ellish garbage..

I'd like to ask you a question...

a REAL TALK question.....

QUESTION :

HOW DO YOU ENVISION THE TRIAL GOING?

and I'm NOT joking or insulting you

I'm NOT making fun of you

.... because I know exactly who you are

It wasn't my choice..

I didn't wake up one morning and say to myself, "ID LIKE TO KNOW ALL OF ASHLEY'S PERSONAL DETAILS"

..............................................nope

I didn't ask for this knowledge...

YOU doxxed yourself

I didn't dox you

YOU doxxed yourself when you violated the restraining order in here, harassing Amanda even after the judge drafted a written order of protection...

So I'm not being coy.. I'm actually being quite sincere right now

I'm curious how you imagine your trial going in September, primarily because I'm curious how much you know about the criminal justice system

Something tells me you have an unrealistic image of the criminal justice system in your head

I doubt you've ever being on trial before.. I know you were busted for shoplifting at Kohl's with Amanda, but you didn't go to trial...

And most people don't go on trial

That's why most people don't have any idea how the criminal justice system actually works

That's why most people have misinterpretations of what happens in a courtroom

and that's why I am curious how you picture the trial is going to proceed

I could be wrong, but somehow I see you as somebody who thinks you're going to have an opportunity to get up and explain the reasons why you disobeyed the judge and the restraining order...

I've been wrong before, so perhaps I'm wrong in my belief that you probably think you'll talk your way out of it

.................you CAN'T

talk your way out of it

There'snothingyou say that will be used to acquit you

andeverthingyou say WILL be used against you

There's absolutely no words you can possibly say that changes your situation

and EVERYTHING you say will absolutely help CONVICT you

THE BIGGEST MISTAKE YOU MADE:

KNOWINGLY DISOBEYING THE JUDGE'S RESTRAINING ORDER

( at that point, you're already guilty.. there isn't a defense anymore.. )

the judge gave you an opportunity to just calm down and stop bothering amanda, and you could continue living your life...

All you had to do was just stop and everything would have been fine

But you didn't stop, and that was disrespectful to the judge

YOU DISRESPECTED THE JUDGE

 No.89907

(daring the judge to incarcerate you is never a good idea)

And it's not like you can claim to be innocent, becauseyou violated the restraining order

That's all the evidence required to send you to jail for a year

Apparently, you are not Lucid or a stable enough to engage in a simple conversation today.. this proves how profoundly psychotic and unpredictable you are.

The district attorney and the judge already know you have a psychiatric disorder.. they consider you to be quite insane....

Unfortunately for you, they put insane people in jail everyday..that's your problem, not theirs

Because your trial is only going to last a matter of minutes.. you would lucky if your trial lasted longer than 6 minutes..

And you will be doing very little talking during that 6 minutes

THE 2ND BIGGEST MISTAKE YOU MADE:

REFUSING AN ATTORNEY

You couldn't possibly have made a more idiotic mistake

Because I don't care about your reasons for not wanting an attorney

You're an idiot, so obviously your reasons don't mean jack shit to anybody

HERES WHY YOU NEED A LAWYER:

BECAUSE THEY DECIDE YOUR FATE WEEKS BEFORE YOUR TRIAL

 No.89927

CASES ARE DECIDED OVER LUNCH

THE LAWYERS ARE FRIENDS WITH THE PROSECUTORS

THEY ALL EAT LUNCH TOGETHER

THEY ARRANGE DEALS BEHIND THE SCENES

YOUR LAWYER WOULD HAVE ALREADY WORKED OUT A DEAL

BUT YOU ARE NOT THEIR FRIEND

YOU DONOTEAT LUNCH WITH THEM

YOU ARE ADEFENDANT

SO YOU ARENOTPART OF THEIR LITTLE CLUB

AND BY REFUSING AN ATTORNEY,THE ONLY CHANCE FOR PROBATION WAS FLUSHED DOWN A TOILET

AGAIN, EINSTEIN :

☆ there are only TWO possible results

☆ PROBATION ☆

or

☆ JAIL TIME ☆

that's all

You can forget any fantasies about having the case dismissed, or being acquitted based on evidence.. those are all fantasies, and nothing more

☆ PROBATION or JAILTIME ☆

those are your two choices

and ONLY ALAWYERCAN ARRANGE PROBATION

AGAIN:

ONLY A LAWYER HAS THE LEGAL ABILITY TO NEGOTIATE ON YOUR BEHALF

Do you even understand the importance of what I'm telling you?

YOU ARE THE DEFENDANT

THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO NEGOTIATE WITH YOU

THE PROSECUTIONCAN NOTNEGOTIATE WITH THE DEFENDANT

THE PROSECUTIONWILL NOTNEGOTIATE WITH THE DEFENDANT

IN FACT, THE PROSECUTIONIS NOTALLOWED TO SPEAK WITH YOU

NOR DO THEY WANT TO....

YOU ARE THEDEFENDANT

THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DIRECTLY NEGOTIATE WITH YOU

ITS NOT ALLOWED

ONLY YOUR ATTORNEY CAN SPEAK TO THE PROSECUTOR

ONLY YOUR ATTORNEY CAN ARRANGE A LESS HARSH OUTCOME

☆ PROBATION ☆

☆ JAIL TIME ☆

WHICH ONE DO YOU PREFER?

well, Einstein.......

by REFUSING AN ATTORNEY

you lost the ONLY chance for probation

BY REFUSING AN ATTORNEY

YOU GUARANTEED JAIL TIME!!!

DO YOU EVEN UNDERSTAND ???

YOU SHOULD HAVENEVERREFUSED AN ATTORNEY

THAT WAS YOUR 2ND BIGGEST MISTAKE

YOUR 1ST BIGG5EST MISTAKE WAS

DISOBEYING THE JUDGE

When you violated the restraining order, you were instantly guilty, no trial necessary.. because they had already given you an opportunity to stay out of jail

Disclaimer: this post and the subject matter and contents thereof - text, media, or otherwise - do not necessarily reflect the views of the 8kun administration.

 No.89936

and I guess the reason why I was curious WHAT YOU "THOUGHT" was going to happen in court was because it's painfully obvious that YOU DONT UNDERSTAND HOW COURTROOMS WORK

You probably think it's going to be like an episode of Judge Judy...

it's NOT.....

this is going to be a CRIMINAL TRIAL

it's not a civil hearing

it's a CRIMINAL TRIAL

And once the gears start turning, you will get stuck between the teeth of the gears, and they will not stop turning until the court system is finished steamrolling you flat

HOW YOU COULD STILL AVOID JAIL:

this is really easy... it's child's play

but if you want to remain free

if you want to eat darceys food

if you want to smoke cigarettes

if you want to occasionally breathe fresh air

YOUWILLFOLLOW MY ADVICE :

☆ IMMEDIATELY CONTACT THE COURT

☆ CALL THE COURT CLERK

☆ DO NOT ASK TO SPEAK TO THE JUDGE OR THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY

☆ NOTIFY THE COURT CLERK THAT YOU MADE A FOOLISH MISTAKE, AND TELL HER YOU NEED A COURT-APPOINTED ATTORNEY

☆ DO THISIMMEDIATELY

☆ TOMORROW MORNING !!!

☆ TRUST ME...DO IT AT 9 AM

(court appointed attorneys have a heavy caseload, and very little time to devote to any of those cases individually)

the attorney will NEED TIME TO TALK TO HIS FRIENDS AT THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE

You are quite literally running out of time.. 72 days is not a lot of time when it comes to resolving the outcome of your trial

YOU ONLY HAVETWOCHOICES:

FREEDOM (on probation)

or

INCARCERATION

And the only you can possibly remain free, living at Darcy's is byIMMEDIATELY REQUESTING AN ATTORNEY

Because the prosecutor is not allowed to discuss the case with you

They are only allowed to discuss the case with your lawyer

and if you "represent yourself", YOUR "LAWYER" IS NOT ALLOWED TO DISCUSS YOUR CASE WITH THEM

and they will NOT negotiate with you in the courtroom

the judge WILLNOTnegotiate with you

theJURYWILL SIDE WITH THE PROSECUTOR

BECAUSE YOURE GUILTY

 No.89956

put it this way, Ashley......

if you DON'T request an attorney immediatelyYOU'RE GOING TO SERVE A YEAR IN JAIL

And your trial is unlikely to last 10 minutes...

Realistically?.. your trial will probably only last 6 minutes.. andyou will NOT be doing any of the talking during that 6 minutes

They basically already made their decision before they ever arrived in the courtroom

So instead of representing yourself, you're going to end up sitting there looking awkward, like a fool

because they know you don't understand the law

you begin looking like a fool the minute you refused an attorney

So the trial will consist of the prosecutor handing papers to the court clerk, and some whispering, and the judge will ask the prosecutor a few technical questions about the paperwork...

You will be sitting there looking foolish

You will look insane to the jury, because the prosecutor and judge will mention the fact that you refused an attorney

Did you read will already consider you to be unstable and either crazy or stupid as shit

The jury will view you as a foolish rebellious troublemaker

Disclaimer: this post and the subject matter and contents thereof - text, media, or otherwise - do not necessarily reflect the views of the 8kun administration.

 No.89958

they do NOT need you to say a word

because YOU VIOLATED A RESTRAINING ORDER

The court had literally offered you the chance of staying out of jail, by simply obeying the restraining order

They made it very simple for you......... "obey the restraining order, and the problem goes away"

but you DISOBEYED THE JUDGE

So you're already guilty as fuck. They don't need any evidence.. they don't need any testimony.. they don't need any witnesses.. they don't need any documentation.. the judge already knows you intentionally disobeyed the restraining order..so you are guilty

Disclaimer: this post and the subject matter and contents thereof - text, media, or otherwise - do not necessarily reflect the views of the 8kun administration.

 No.89965

you're not going to have a chance to say a goddamn thing

maybe "yes" or "no", but that's all...

The judge will only ask you YES or NO questions

The judge is not going to ask you anything that can be answered in a complete sentence

The judge will only ask you YES or NO questions

But the judge will have already decided how they are going to punish you

AGAIN :PROBATION or JAIL

THATS THE ONLY DECISION THE JUDGE WILL MAKE

BUT YOU REFUSED A LAWYER

YOU REFUSED PROBATION

YOU FOOLISHLY DEMADED JAIL TIME

AND THATS EXACTLY WHAT YOULL GET... 12 MONTHS IN JAIL

When you're in the courtroom being sentenced, pay attention, because the judge will not sentence you to "one year"

the judge is going to sentence you to TWELVE MONTHS

trust me.... you'll see

Judges never sentenced somebody to years.. it's always measured in MONTHS

If a judge is sentencing a defendant to 10 years in prison, the judge will say "I'm sentencing you to 120 months"

but in your case, the Judges exact words will be " I am sentencing Ms Schneider to 12 months in the county jail"

9 months for violating the restraining order

3 months for resisting arrest

IF YOU DON'T CALL THE COURT CLERK AND REQUEST AN ATTORNEY:

MS. SCHNEIDER IS GOING TO JAIL

it's it's really very simple.. when you get the court clerk on the phone, simply explain that you made a mistake.. while you still have a chance...

Just be silly and tell the court clerk you didn't understand.. and now you realize you need an attorney

YOU WILL SERVE 12 MONTHS IN JAIL IF YOU DONT GET A COURT-APPOINTED ATTORNEY

And if you resist arrest in the courtroom, they are already prepared to deal with it.. they will tackle you to the ground, put their knee into your back, and everybody in the courtroom will be watching as you scream and cry and throw a temper tantrum, as you are handcuffed, lifted back up on your feet again, and dragged through a door that leads to the jail
