So I'm not being coy.. I'm actually being quite sincere right now

I'm curious how you imagine your trial going in September, primarily because I'm curious how much you know about the criminal justice system

Something tells me you have an unrealistic image of the criminal justice system in your head

I doubt you've ever being on trial before.. I know you were busted for shoplifting at Kohl's with Amanda, but you didn't go to trial...

And most people don't go on trial

That's why most people don't have any idea how the criminal justice system actually works

That's why most people have misinterpretations of what happens in a courtroom

and that's why I am curious how you picture the trial is going to proceed

I could be wrong, but somehow I see you as somebody who thinks you're going to have an opportunity to get up and explain the reasons why you disobeyed the judge and the restraining order...

I've been wrong before, so perhaps I'm wrong in my belief that you probably think you'll talk your way out of it

the judge gave you an opportunity to just calm down and stop bothering amanda, and you could continue living your life...

All you had to do was just stop and everything would have been fine

But you didn't stop, and that was disrespectful to the judge

you begin looking like a fool the minute you refused an attorney

So the trial will consist of the prosecutor handing papers to the court clerk, and some whispering, and the judge will ask the prosecutor a few technical questions about the paperwork...

You will be sitting there looking foolish

You will look insane to the jury, because the prosecutor and judge will mention the fact that you refused an attorney

Did you read will already consider you to be unstable and either crazy or stupid as shit

The jury will view you as a foolish rebellious troublemaker

they do NOT need you to say a word

because YOU VIOLATED A RESTRAINING ORDER

The court had literally offered you the chance of staying out of jail, by simply obeying the restraining order

When you're in the courtroom being sentenced, pay attention, because the judge will not sentence you to "one year"

the judge is going to sentence you to TWELVE MONTHS

trust me.... you'll see

Judges never sentenced somebody to years.. it's always measured in MONTHS

If a judge is sentencing a defendant to 10 years in prison, the judge will say "I'm sentencing you to 120 months"

but in your case, the Judges exact words will be " I am sentencing Ms Schneider to 12 months in the county jail"

9 months for violating the restraining order

3 months for resisting arrest
