Should I call your mother tonight, and explain the severity of your particular situation, and help her understand that you will be sent to jail for an entire year, or perhaps even involuntarily committed to a psychiatric facility for much longer than a year unless you get your shit together immediately, and apply for ssi, start seeing a psychiatrist, and ask to appoint an attorney for you?....
Because I can get your mother to force you into taking these steps before your trial....

and you'd be able to stay in your mother's basement
