and I've received a summons, so I'm going to testify, and urge the judge to send her to the mental institution

simply because it will be MUCH less enjoyable than jail

and if she goes to jail, she's only serving one year

But if she goes to the state funded mental facility, they won't let her leave until they have determined she is stabilized...

Theoretically, she could very well stay in the mental institution for three or four years before they release her

if you don't apply for SSI & visit a psychiatrist, YOU'RE GOING TO JAIL FOR ONE YEAR

and if you try "representing yourself in court", YOURE GOING TO A STARE-FUNDED MENTAL FACILITY for much, much longer than just one year
