This afternoon at 4:00, Johnny Neptune received an official summons from The Fond du Lac County Courthouse, notifying him that he has been subpoenaed to testify as a witness against Ashley Nichole Schneider, in her upcoming criminal trial.
At this point, everything Ashley has said in 8kun can and WILL be used against her in court.

JN has been in constant communication with the District Attorney's office regarding Ashley Schneider's bizarre behavior, and urging them to consider sentencing her to one year psychiatric evaluation.
2 weeks ago, an assistant district attorney told JN they were considering having him testify.
