Is Ashley's family aggressive like the Chandler family (Chris Chan's family, infamous Internet liberal/SJW bisexual transgender) where if you offer them assistance which isn't money they threaten you and Barb (the Mom) will threaten suicide in front of her autistic "son"?
The TLDR - When the house was hoarded Bob and Chris/tine were cleaning it and decluttering it which caused Barb to threaten suicide; this happened every single time Chris/tine and Bob cleaned the house. When Chris/tine leaked her own house tour video trolls reported that the house was hoarded causing Barb to threaten suicide again and Bob forced Chris/tine to delete videos and images he had posted online at that point. (Source: Sonichu wiki?) Chris and Barb also dislike when people give them any advice but demand donation money.
