Two times I have caught this guy abusing his dog. Both times was what I can only describe as freak accidents and he did not see me. He is not a personal friend or anything but kind of a local celebrity, but I do know him a little. I don't know what to do. I have no evidence or anything but I would really like for him to lose his dog and pay for it as I am a huge animal lover and abuser hater. I always suspected he was a bad person due to his overall creepiness and comments I heard about him. Let's also say that his girlfriend ran into a lot of clumsy accidents and helth issues after they got together.
