Trust me they know a LOT more about internet technology than you ever will, and they funnel the entire internet through their own hubs, so there's absolutely nothing you can do to prevent them from locating you.
I'm not saying "they are going to arrest you".
there's no way of predicting what they will do, but what I definitely AM saying is :
They can definitely locate you

All federal law enforcement agencies rely on the NSA to supply them with the internet forensics tracking data, and the NSA employees tens and tens of thousands of ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT Young computer engineers, each of them knowing much much much more about how everything works than you could ever know in a million years.
There isn't any form of encryption that the NSA has been unable to crack....
NONE...
The NSA has successfully cracked every single form of encryption, they can track tor down to its original source IP, and vpns represent no protection whatsoever...
There's nothing you can do to effectively prevent them from tracking you down...
And it doesn't matter if you're offshore, because the information is shared with Interpol, and at that point you would have become what the NSA likes to call "ironclad status", meaning you are under active physical surveillance...
At that point, your name and face are put onto a watch list... If you live in the United States or any of the extraditable countries, you can guarantee that you will be arrested... Federal law enforcement will hand the NSA information to a state or local jurisdiction for arrest and prosecution...
I'm not sure if you're aware of this, but right now hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of people are being arrested every week for doing the exact same stupid mistake you keep doing...
So it looks like you're not quite as smart as you thought... There's a lot of people out there who would disagree with you, and they have nice concrete and steel accommodations special just for you.
