1. Do you remember krautchan? Kohlchan is the successor to the site, all it's users come from there. There are a lot of 8chan refugees too, none of that klim bot shit.
2. The mods have a board on /kohl/ where you can openly communicate with them. They have an IRC, and encourage people to bring complaints there.
3. No, there is a garbage board named /m/ where spam and low quality posts get moved to.
Krautchan did not have "Anonymous" like 4chan/8chan. The users there are known as "Bernd". Bernd loves serious discussion, and makes posts with more quality than here. It is also a lot faster, and it is based off /int/ culture. That said, it has it's own german culture that developed separately from "anonymous", keep this in mind. It's not an altchan.
You will probably like it, especially if you like interacting with people from other countries and are tired of being alone here, with no intellectuals.
It is also the place where countryballs, and wojak came from. It's a really old userbase, you often see people browsing imageboards from 2011 there.
