As someone who has bought drugs off the dark web legally you've got plausible deniability and you'd have to be genuinely mentally challenged to get caught, for instance a teenager in the states got caught ordering drugs to his house, was it through the mail service catching on to his evil deeds and scanning every package that went to his house? Nope, the idiot left it out in the open and his mom opened it and ratted him out

and same goes for selling, if you can't spot a narc you deserve to get caught, not that I personally would have any experience with that.
