If three-dimensional space itself, is still "expanding" since the onset of the Big Bang almost 14 billion years ago, and if space and time two separate but connected dimensions that are inter-woven within the same fabric which cannot exist independent of one another, then should not TIME be "expanding" also?.......and if so, how would we even go about measuring or detecting the 'expansion of time'?

Time is often dimensions that are represented as perpendicular. The metric of the relation between these two measurements don't have to be simple.

It's the relationship between the change in numbers on one axis versus the change on time on the perpendicular axis that determines the curvature of spacetime.

This is the simplest description of how time expands with space because they are generally referenced to each other to create context that describes fundamental forces and how they unravel before us.

What isn't so obvious is that there can be a single spacial dimension and multiple.dimenions of time. Even quantum computing inherently fails to describe systems that are multiple time dimensions or what could be called geometric time. Of course we can go beyond that and apply hyper geometry to the aspects of time but that clearly doesn't exist yet.

Just look at this graph of the limitations of quantum computing.

Time moves slower in the newly expanded areas and faster in the already existing. Thus the older you get the faster time seems to go by. Because you already existed. Do. Not. Trust. My. Logic.

Time maybe expanding at a different rate than space itself. The absolute result of this, is the rate of change between space and time resulting in a region of convergence our mathematical operators can adhere to.

The very act of writing an equation with some amount of multiplication or additions describes the warping of space itself. It's a complex idea to consider because there's an infinitely huge combination of possible divisions, multiplications, and additions we can mix together.

However, by creating predictable uses of the operators we create predictable elements of time which is precisely why calculus is workable at all. Using only series of addition and predictable numbers we can create a sequence of numbers that progress step by step. Those steps create time measurably and as we take an equation to its infinitive conclusion. It's the different rates that we measure numbers together that give rise to the very observation of a time dimension and give a logical foundation for the reason why the universe allows density at all.

For instance we have the sum that approaches infinity for 1 to 100. A predictable outcome that required a few calculations that requires some time to achieve.

Now let's look at the next magnitude of sums of numbers. We're adding together ten times as many numbers but we're still getting a predictable outcome.

Now as we increase the amount of calculations we see a predictable relationship between how were counting numbers and the ultimate result.

Now what we should notice is that the curvature represented by the graph has a similar shape. This is because of the constant relationship between the expansion of space and time as manipulated by the operator.

See? One dimension of space and one dimension of time running predictably. It creates a specific shape no matter it's scope or magnitude.

This is a special type of infinity that's a fundamental part of creating the geometry of our universe.

Now like I said earlier.... Time doesn't have to be a single dimension. It can be multiple dimensions and described in terms of shapes.

What this does is manipulate the range of convergence of impossibly huge calculations.

The simplest way to demonstrate this is to examine the tiniest changes in counting by expanding it over an infinite amount of time. This creates predictable geometric curves such is the case with the famous equation

Now this equation has something in common with the other one I mentioned earlier with the summing of 1 to 100, and 1 to 1000, and 1 to 10000 and etc. This is euler's number and the rate of change of it's expansion is equal to the space it's expanding over. This means it also gives a constant curve no matter what level of magnitude of geometry you operate it on.

So, we have identified several curves that are constant through spacetime and do not change any other way than predictably throughout time. This is precisely the exact property that allows you to predict not only what it's doing half a century later, but forever and to eternity.

Although this fear is impressive and a recurring feature of modern physics and physics from the 1930s, this equation has its limitations because of the relationship between the rate of expansion of the equation and how it's related to its time.

Take a simple modulation of this example for instance:

>>29839

Now through our conventual methods we can't recreate a way to express this. It'll take forever and never be understandable.

However we can control the convergence of this number by comparing it with another equation in a similar spacetime. And so we have made a predictable form of the equation we can compare to the last where we got e.

Now let's take it a bit further where we can see the previous division can no longer keep up with the rate of expansion by the top part of the equation...

We can see that by even small changes in the equation that the way space is related to the two parts is completely outside the single dimension of time were observing it in.

However by changing it predictably we get another predictable result.

Now to get to the original question OP. If time is expanding or changing shape then the rate we get all answers would change or they would change relatively to each other.

We would see geometry that's unpredictable to its near cousin which simply isn't demonstrated on earth.

We can make this conclusion because math itself is describing the relationship between things and it does so successfully. If it stopped working suddenly then we could make conjecture to the warping of the time dimensions that stabilizes geometry and patterns we see around us.

I sort of hinted at this earlier in my huge rant but the change in time with space would mean an object could hold various space geometries constant while changing magnitude because certain relationships in geometry are immutable and only change it's size.

Measurable changes in spacetime that are immediate would probably be the presence of a vacuum. Fundamental changes to spacetime would probably disfigure the entire lot of patterns and geometry we rely on.

I guess that's about it.
