I bought a used laptop in a store in Punta del Este, Uruguay. To my surprise, it contained three files from the previous owner. Two empty Word files and a photo, which was the one that freaked me out. The photo has the file name: “female subject n1 nose test ph4.jpg”

A reverse Google search returned no results. Nor on other websites. I showed the photo to the store seller and he apologized to me, considering that the photo is just weird porn, but he couldn't give me any information about the previous owner. Like many of those used things stores, they do not keep rigorous records of their transactions.

One of the Word files has the title “paranoia.com.” I searched for it and it redirected me to the Disney Latino website. The other has for title an address of a “.ru” site. I searched for it, but I get a warning from Google saying I'm searching for something illegal.

And that's it. I reached a dead end in the search.

I have some questions:

Why wasn't this photo, and only this photo, deleted?

Is it just weird porn? I hope so. But I´m not 100% sure.

I'd go to police, if you're concerned, especially with the illegal content warning. Like you said, could just be weird legal porn, but if you're feeling that concerned about it, I'd report it to the authorities.
