I have found some nice Panny Tilty Zoom IP cams accidentally left open by the ERAU flight university. The IP addresses are sequential so there might be more cameras to be found by entering nearby numbers on the fourth field.
It's located at Prescott Regional Airport, one camera is by the Guidance Helicopter building, the other 2 are located on the opposite side of the runway by the Canyon AeroConnect building. Enjoy while they last, I accidentally panned the camera while someone else was looking and I think they are catching onto me.

I found some cool ones nearby in Tucson. Separate observatories. One is a rolloff shed in the background with little robo scopes in the foreground.

The other is a nice proper Dome and the camera is a PTZ you can control. It's really shit at night though but has a great view when the sun is still up.
