I know the whereabouts of a man who did something that resulted in a life-lasting trauma that haunts my girlfriend to this day. She has a mental disorder and chronic suicidality.

She grew up with an abusive father who often left her and her younger brothers on their own. Their father had shady business with different people and they had access to their house with the door unlocked. Some people hated him so much, one day they decided to take their anger out on his children, with her being the oldest at the age of 5. They entered the house when the father was absent and discovered that other adults from the neighbors who often hung out there looking after the children weren't around. They forced her to undress herself and to undress her brother. Then they took out the cellphones and started filming, forcing her to fuck her 3 year old brother. He doesn't remember any of it. After they got enough of that they sent her brother away into a room and took turns masturbating in her mouth. She was terrified, after they left she cleaned herself, dressed her brother up and never told anybody about what happened. As a result she became very withdrawn in school and at home.

One of the men died years ago. Recently it became known that the other is still in the city and lives at a different address. It's been 20 years.
