A team of scientists, government officials, military agencies, and private companies were reportedly given a blank check by President Donald Trump for coronavirus vaccine development under the "Operation Warp Speed" program.

The goal of Operation Warp Speed is to deliver 300 million doses of coronavirus vaccine from November to December 2020 and another 300 million by January 2021. There has never been a precedent for developing a vaccine at such a rapid pace.

obvious broad meaning:

Especially, a certain high-ranking German politician seems to say it in reverse nearly always when saying "health" in forward.

This German politician, when saying "health" in forward says "SNAGNU" or "SNEFNU" correspondingly in reverse, e.g., recently during a video conference with the WHO, part of this is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QLRVh22ze84 , (unfortunately only the beginning without the interesting mentions of "health" corresponding to SNAGNU / SNEFNU), the longer version which was about 4 minutes I cannot find on youtube anymore;

Anyway she also announced in her TV talk at 15.03.2020 SNAGNU as new leader (of Germany), all in reverse;

To be more precise, this German politician, at her TV talk on 15.03.2020, announcing lock down said at position 00:30 (30 seconds) in the video in forward "Uns allen fehlen die Begegnungen" meaning in English "All of us are missing the encounters (with other people)", but in reverse she said "Nun geh ich; neuer Fuehrer SNEFNU" meaning "No I go (away); new leader SNEFNU". Please note that "Fuehrer" = "leader" was the title of Adolf Hitler and is totally inaproppriate to use for a German politician.

Also she left for quarantine period after the talk;

In the mentioned Video conference with the WHO recently, she said at position about 00:86 (86 seconds) in forward "Akteure sich zusammengeschlossen haben ganz im Sinne des", but in reverse she said "Selen is a'n SNAGNU; Muss schnell warnen hidden Basis" meaning "Selen is a SNAGNU; Have quickly to warn hidden base"; The colloquial way she says the first sentence, implies that Selen is a person (maybe a friend of her she is concerned?), not an organization or so. Who is Selen, unfortuanetly no more information is given; But maybe Q knows or can find out?

This German politician, in the recent Video conference with the WHO also said at position 00:93 (93 seconds) in forward "hier eine Initiative" = "hear an initiative", but in reverse she said "im wilden Westen die DDR" = "in the wild west the DDR (= former east Germany)"; One may conclude from this that she confuses US (in the 19th century) with Germany, that is "West Germany vs. East Germany (where she mostly grew up)" mixed up with Wil West US (19th Century?) vs. Eastern part of US? Crazy, insane? So, how can she stay responsible as leader of Germany? Does she hate (West) Germany?
