Ops in place?
A man armed with a rifle attacked an immigration detention facility in Washington state early on Saturday, throwing incendiary devices at the building and cars in the parking lot before dying after police opened fire, authorities said.
An employee at the Northwest Detention Center in Tacoma reported one vehicle on fire and said the suspect was also attempting to ignite a large propane tank outside the facility, the Tacoma Police Department said in a statement.

The mother of a two-day-old baby that was burned to death as part of a satanic ritual has been apprehended by police after evading capture for two years.
Natalia Guerra was detained on Tuesday in the Maipo district of Santiago, Chile, along with another person who helped keep her hidden as a fugitive from justice. The 33-year-old was sentenced to five years in prison in 2017 for her involvement in the death of her infant son.
Just two days after giving birth, Guerra agreed to have baby "Jesus" killed after the leader of the "Antares de la luz" cult and father of the child, Ramon Gustavo Castillo Gaete, declared the infant to be the Antichrist and that the sacrifice would help prevent the end of the world on December 21, 2012.
In the secret ritual, the tiny baby was stripped naked, gagged, then tied down to a wooden board before being tossed into a bonfire on November 12, 2012, at a house in Colliguay, near the Chilean coastal resort of Valparaiso.
Police arrested four people from the 12-member sect, including Guerra, in April, 2013. Gaete managed to escape to Peru, but took his own life when cornered by local police the following month.
Pau Undurraga, another member of the sect, was sentenced to five years in prison for homicide, while fellow cult-members David Pastén, Karla Franchi, María Pilar Álvarez, Carolina Vargas and Josefina López, were sentenced to three years in prison as accomplices to the crime.
Those involved in the sect consumed ayahuasca, a hallucinogenic brewed from a plant that Gaete reportedly used to control his disciples and have sexual relations with them. Guerra had previously stated in her defense that she was drugged at the time of the murder, but a forensic psychologist declared that the members were not under the influence when the sacrifice was carried out.

After her sentence, Guerra managed to flee and was on the run for two years. Investigators noted that she had lived in different houses and even changed her identity in order to evade capture.
"She moved constantly, she hid indoors and never went out, her partner did everything for her," said Juan Pardo, head of the Special Police Investigations Brigade, in a statement.
Police became aware of a couple living there and after obtaining some of her handwritten notes from their trash, compared it to previous handwriting they had from Guerra in 2013. Investigators then monitored the house for three months before making the move to apprehend her.
"This was key to the investigation because we got some notes that she wrote and with the help of some experts we compared her handwriting from old documents that we had and the result was positive. With this, we got a warrant to search her home and arrest her," Pardo added.
Police discovered that she held regular meetings, two or three times a week, with groups of between five and six people: "Meetings were held in the house, following an unknown cult," said Pardo. "But cults aren't illegal in Chile unless they carry illegal activities," he added.
He also noted that after being apprehended Guerra did not show remorse and claimed that she was manipulated by the cult and was therefore innocent.

NEW YORK — If you’re going to physically block an entrance to an ICE detention center, the handbook says, don’t act nice about it.

“Defiant, angry, urgent, Jewish,” reads the #NeverAgainIsNow Action Toolkit, a six-page Google Doc meant for Jews planning to protest at Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention centers. “The goal is to actually make it impossible for ICE and/or the Democratic Establishment to do business as usual. Find the chokepoint and shut it down — we are not f**king around here.”
This is the digital handbook for a protest movement called Never Again Action that was born two weeks ago and is growing fast. The movement’s first action was to protest at an ICE detention center in New Jersey, where 36 people were arrested. Two days later, 18 people each were arrested in similar actions in Boston and Washington, D.C.
In Boston and New Jersey, the protesters were arrested at the entrance to the detention centers. In Washington, they were arrested in the rotunda of the Cannon House Office Building.
At least six actions in total have taken place at ICE facilities across the country, co-sponsored with other groups, according to Sophie Ellman-Golan, an organizer of the New Jersey demonstration. Never Again Action is planning another demonstration in D.C. on Tuesday to culminate this round of protests, though movement leaders say it’s only the first stage of a broader campaign.
“What is happening at the border is an abomination, but I also know that there are children in my own city, in my own community, that have gone to bed over the last three weeks without their parents,” said Amy Fischer, 33, one of the Washington protesters who was arrested. “I was trying to make a loud statement that what was happening was unacceptable and until these camps are shut down we will continue organizing.”
The demonstrations, which are live-streamed on social media, employ Hebrew songs and Jewish chants. In Chicago, protesters sang a Hebrew song that translates to “An eternal flame will be lit on the altar.” In Washington, Fischer said, the arrested protesters sang “Oseh shalom,” or “God who makes peace” while they were being carted off. The organization’s materials suggest saying the Mourner’s Kaddish for migrant children who have died in U.S. custody.
The protesters’ goals, organizers said, are to draw attention to the detention of migrant families and children, close the detention centers, reunite separated families and ensure protection for undocumented immigrants in the country. Activists acknowledged that marches alone cannot bring the results they are seeking. But they hope they can act as a motivator for officials to make policy changes.
Never Again Action’s materials say Democrats as well as Republicans bear responsibility for the conditions in the facilities.
“Many major civil rights movements in the U.S. have been led by civil disobedience,” said Julia Davidson, 26, one of the organizers of the New Jersey protest. “I think it’s a really important element of catalyzing the government to make a change, lighting a fire under their asses.”
When the group uses the phrases “Never again” and describes the detention centers as “concentration camps,” it’s intentionally alluding to the Holocaust. The protesters believe that what’s happening at ICE facilities is an atrocity, and that the Jews’ history of persecution, especially at the hands of the Nazis, compels them to act on behalf of other persecuted groups.
In that way, the group is explicitly taking a side in a debate that has raged ever since Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., called the detention centers concentration camps nearly a month ago. Organizers dispute the claims of Ocasio-Cortez’s critics, who say the comparison to Nazi concentration camps both overstates the situation in ICE facilities and trivializes the Holocaust.

I'm an older "Anon" and I also work every day, and have a busy real life. The Anon complaints above and elsewhere in the /qresearch/ Site are valid. From my personal experience, I have neither the time, nor the patience to go through every Bread, and the 751 Posts, trying to find Notables and good information, while avoiding the trash posts. The former Bread format was an excellent process, where LB Notables were at the top of each new Bread, and covered several PB Notables as well.
Personally, I've been following this Board for nearly a year now, and I can tell you that when first coming to the 8ch environment, it was a somewhat confusing and steep learning process. Many many new "civilian" People are now awakening, and without the Notables in place where they were before, they are now subjected to the entire Bread, with the sometimes raunchy negatives, while searching for valid content. Anons that have been here since the beginning can, and DO help when asked, but no one is a mind reader and original Anons want to help where they can, while presenting a somewhat clean and sane environment for the "Normies" just coming in to find truth and information.

Operation Southern Impact III: 17 children recovered, 82 arrested in child sex sting
These are the names of those arrested in Georgia.
A firefighter. A business owner. A dishwasher. They were among 82 people arrested as part of a massive, multi-state child exploitation operation conducted across eight southeastern states, including Georgia.
Seventeen children were recovered in the operation, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
"It's not uncommon at all for us to find children in the homes of people who are collecting and viewing child pornography and it's not uncommon for them to be victims of that person," said GBI Special Agent in Charge Debbie Garner.
The operation began four months ago and culminated in three days of investigative actions to include search warrant executions, undercover operations, arrests and sex offender compliance verification visits in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia.
In Georgia, 31 people were arrested during the sting, which was dubbed "Operation Southern Impact III." Seven of those arrested had traveled to meeting a minor to have sex, the GBI said.

Investigators in Georgia "targeted those seeking out and distributing the most violent sexual abuse material involving infants and toddlers," according to the GBI news release.

16 people arrested in Friday night ICE protests in Phoenix
PHOENIX — Sixteen people were arrested during a Friday night protest against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) roundups that shut down traffic in central Phoenix and led to officers being assaulted, police said.
The demonstrators spilled onto the street in front of the Phoenix ICE office about 8:30 p.m., after a 90-minute gathering at a nearby church.
More than a dozen protesters began marching, forcing Phoenix police to block traffic while warning the protesters over a loud speaker they could face arrest. Many other protesters lined the side of the street, but more then joined in blocking traffic.
The group carried signs and shouted slogans calling for justice on behalf of migrants who are seeking asylum.
Police said the protesters were creating an unlawful assembly and gave repeated warnings to people that they could face arrest, but waited as many eventually left the street.
The protest largely disbanded by 11 p.m. and roadways and the light rail were reopened to the public.

Willem Van Spronsen, 69, of Vashon Island, Washington, attacked an ICE Detention Center in Tacoma earlier today with incendiary devices and while armed with a rifle. He was killed in a shootout with police.
The NY Times reported:
The police fatally shot a man who was attacking an immigration detention center in Tacoma, Wash., on Saturday morning, the authorities said.
The man, who was armed with a rifle, was throwing unspecified “incendiary devices” at the Northwest Detention Center, according to a police statement. The man, identified by officials on Saturday afternoon as Willem Van Spronsen, 69, of Vashon Island, Wash., continued throwing lit objects at buildings and cars, the statement said.
“One car was fully engulfed in flames,” said Officer Loretta Cool, a spokeswoman for the Tacoma Police Department. “He was also trying to ignite a big propane tank but he was not successful.”
The Seattle Times reports that Van Spronsen was involved in previous protests and violence at the center, and was described by a friend as :
Deb Bartley, a friend of Van Spronsen’s for about 20 years, described him as an anarchist and antifascist, and believes his attack on the detention center intending to provoke a fatal conflict.
“He was ready to end it,” Bartley said. “I think this was a suicide. But then he was able to kind of do it in a way that spoke to his political beliefs … I know he went down there knowing he was going to die.”
She and other friends of Van Spronsen got letters in the mail “just saying goodbye.” He also wrote what she referred to as a manifesto, which she declined to discuss in detail but predicted would be taken by authorities….
Maru Mora-Villalpando, an activist with the group La Resistancia, which has frequently protested the conditions at the detention center and broader immigration policy, said she did not know Van Spronsen himself. Nor was La Resistencia involved with the June 2018 protest at which he was arrested, she said.
The 2018 protest involved about 160 people outside the detention center. About 40 people blocked a police car that had arrived, prompting the officer to call in backup; about 25 officers responded.
In court documents, Van Spronsen was accused of lunging at a police officer’s neck to help free a 17-year-old protester who was being detained. Van Spronsen refused to comply with officers’ orders, and as he was led through a crowd of protesters, police said he tried to pass the baton to another protester. Van Spronsen was punched in the face at least once during the altercation. Nine other people were arrested as well.
He ultimately pleaded guilty in Pierce County Superior Court to one count of obstructing an officer, a gross misdemeanor, and received a one-year deferred sentence in October, according to court documents, which labeled him indigent. He had no previous criminal history, according to court records.

The House of Representatives moved Friday to make military commissions held at Guantanamo Bay more transparent by paving the way for proceedings to be broadcast online.

Mr. Schiff, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, introduced the amendment after a report he requested from the Government Accountability Office recommended that the military consider making the commissions available online.
“The military commissions at Guantanamo have been out of sight, and therefore out of mind, for far too long,” said Rep. Schiff, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee.”As Guantanamo nears its third decade, and with trials still years away, it is all the more important that victim’s families, the media and the public are able to follow the trials before the military commissions.
The version of the defense bill passed by the Democratic-controlled House was approved by a nearly party-line vote of 220-197.
Mr. Schiff applauded the amendment’s inclusion in the House bill and said he would push for it to appear in the final version considered by Congress.

Nearly Three Dozen Disney World Employees Arrested in Child Sex Investigations
Since 2006, at least 35 Disney World workers have been arrested during various child sex investigations for crimes that have included attempting to meet a minor for sex and possession of child pornography.
According to legal records, the employees arrested included tour guides, security guards, a costumer, and maintenance workers.
During a six-month investigation, CNN reviewed a number of legal records, spoke to law enforcement officials, and also interviewed several of the men arrested by police.
Of the 35 arrests made so far, a total of 32 have been convicted. According to authorities, two of the cases involved men who were in possession of child pornography while on Disney grounds.
According to NY Daily News, the most recent investigation which occurred earlier in July, resulted in the arrests of four men.
None of the arrests, however, had to do with children visiting the parks.

One of the men arrested, Robert Kingsolver, believed he was going to meet a 14-year-old girl for sex, however, upon arrival at the agreed-upon location, he was greeted by investigators instead.

“My kids know me, and they know how much I care for kids. They know that their dad is not somebody that will go out and hurt a young child. They know their dad is somebody that would go out and protect a young child at any cost,” said Kingsolver.
Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd told reporters, “Wherever you find children, you’ll find sexual predators that want to be there.”

Another man arrested was 40-year-old Allen Treaster, who worked as a concierge at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. Police say Treaster approached children online under the alias, “Big Teddy Bear for younger chaser.”
Treaster had unknowingly been communicating with a detective posing as a 14-year-old boy, and was arrested when he showed up to meet the young boy and “fulfill a fantasy,” according to text messages.
Treaster, who during an interview with detectives admitted to having engaged in sexual intercourse with a teen just weeks prior to his arrest, has pleaded not guilty.

Another case involved a man named Cedric Cuthbert, who worked as a night custodial manager at Disney’s Port Orleans resort.
According to Spectrum News 13, Cuthbert, who also worked as a paster at the St. James AME Church in Sanford, was said to have been watching and downloading child pornography while writing a sermon using a computer at the Disney resort.
Sheriff Judd believes that Disney should be more active in the use of polygraphs when considering applicants for potential employment.

U.S. Rep. Dennis Ross, (R-Fla.) who also supports the polygraph initiative said: “We owe it to ourselves, we owe it to our children, we owe it to our future to make sure we don’t let the next predator find a victim.”

Federal immigration authorities attempted raids in at least two neighborhoods in New York City on Saturday, according to a person familiar with the matter, a day prior to when President Trump had said Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents would begin national roundups of people illegally in the U.S.
In New York City, ICE agents went to residences in the Harlem section of Manhattan and Brooklyn’s Sunset Park neighborhood, the person said. The agents were rejected by people at the residences because they didn’t have warrants, but plan to return at least to Sunset Park tomorrow, according to the person.
A spokeswoman for ICE in New York said that the agency won’t offer specific details related to enforcement operations. “As always, ICE prioritizes the arrest and removal of unlawfully present aliens who pose a threat to national security, public safety and border security,” the spokeswoman said.
The attempted raids in New York come as Democratic city officials and community activists across the U.S. have been mobilizing for the planned roundup.
After word of the raids leaked last week, President Trump on Friday told reporters before embarking on a fundraising trip to Milwaukee that the roundup would begin on Sunday “and they’re going to take people out and they’re going to bring them back to their countries.”
Mr. Trump said the raids would focus on criminals, saying agents would “take criminals out, put them in prison, or put in them in prison in the countries they came from.”
Mr. Trump had announced a similar raid last month, but it was postponed amid concerns including over officers’ safety.
White House officials on Friday wouldn’t confirm or deny the renewed operation, but reiterated previous statements that there are more than one million people in this country illegally and in violation of court orders for deportation. “It is time for these people to go home,” said an administration official speaking for background.

Detroit cops arrest police commissioner, protester at raucous public meeting
Detroit Police Commissioner Willie Burton was yanked out of his seat and arrested during a public meeting Thursday because the chairwoman wanted him to stop talking.
Burton was trying to call out the Board of Police Commissioners for holding illegal committee meetings that neither he nor the public were allowed to attend. During one of those closed-door sessions, commissioners quietly hashed out a policy for the city’s pervasive and controversial facial recognition system.
But board chairwoman Lisa Carter didn’t want to hear it.
As three police officers dragged Burton to the ground, officers held back protesters, some of whom were wearing masks to show their opposition to facial-recognition technology.
At least one protester was arrested.
“Don’t touch me. Get your hands off me,” Burton told officers who surrounded him. “You do not have permission to touch me.”
While in the back of a police car, Burton said he wanted to “let my constituents known I am fighting for them.”

As Burton was hauled away and protesters were silenced, the board continued its meeting.
The board is expected to approve the city’s face-scanning system during next week’s meeting, despite mounting criticism from the public and plans by Congress to impose a moratorium on the technology.
A day before the meeting, state Rep. Isaac Robinson, D-Detroit, introduced a bill that would ban facial recognition technology for five years. The idea is to give lawmakers and experts time to research the technology's flaws and whether it is unconstitutional.
Numerous studies have shown the system is racially biased. Researchers have found that the technology is more likely to produce false matches on people with darker pigment. Legal experts also say the technology is invasive and may violate people’s Fourth Amendment rights.
Despite those concerns, neither Mayor Mike Duggan nor police Chief James Craig has shown a willingness to study the issue further. In fact, police have used the system for two years without the police commission’s approval.
Last week, Craig told reporters he’s aware the system is not perfect.
“Is there a chance you may arrest the wrong person? Yes,” the chief said.
Burton, who wrote an op-ed for the Metro Times to explain his opposition to the technology, tells us that his arrest was an affront to democracy.
“This is dangerous,” Burton says. “The city of Detroit is a dangerous place to be right now whenever community activists and elected officials get arrested during a public meeting.”

Trump bombshell: Police think they know who was responsible for ambassador leak
POLICE may have identified the source of the leaked diplomatic memos from Sir Kim Darroch.
Sir Kim resigned from his position as Britain’s ambassador in Washington after the documents were released. Counter-terrorism police began an investigation on Friday after the confidential communication was published by the Mail on Sunday. The Sunday Times reported citing a government source that a suspect has already been identified.
The chances the leak came after a foreign government hack have been ruled out.
GCHQ officials are believed to be assisting in the investigation.
The Mail have published further correspondents from Sir Kim in which he alleges President Donald Trump pulled out of the Iran nuclear deal for “personality reasons”.

Meanwhile, leader of the opposition, Jeremy Corbyn said the leaks were: “Clearly a breach of confidence (and) information that should have been maintained as private. That has not happened and so the police have been involved and I think that is a normal process.
“Freedom of the press is vital, of course. There are rules around that and there are considerable protections for journalists who do reveal things and that, of course, is the right thing to do.”
Sir Kim had been ambassador in Washington for three years.

On her Wednesday evening Fox News program, host Laura Ingraham broke down the various policies being implemented by Democrats who have a super-majority in the state that are causing a breakdown in the social fabric in many major cities, even as they promote poverty and incite lawlessness.
In particular, Ingraham lambasted Gov. Gavin Newsom and the Democrat-run state legislature for their recent passage of a measure extending healthcare benefits to illegal aliens, a move she says will only serve as yet another magnet for people to break into the U.S.
Also, she hit Newsom and local officials in cities like San Francisco and Los Angeles for policies that have only contributed to mounting homelessness, filth, disease, and unsanitary conditions along block after block.
In L.A., she noted, citing a Los Angeles Times report, the homeless problem has become so severe that local businesses are now planting thorny bushes while constructing barriers and walls.
“Why Californians keep voting in these destructive, delinquent politicians is completely beyond me,” she said. “It’s all a Democrat-induced disaster.”
For instance, she said, instead of putting money towards existing problems that need attention, Democrats in the state are spending an additional $90 million to provide healthcare (that won’t even be very good) on illegal aliens — not American citizens.

Florida deputy arrested for planting drugs faces 100 years in prison
TALLAHASSEE (WFLA) – A former North Florida Sheriff’s Deputy was arrested and charged with planting illegal drugs on unsuspecting motorists on Wednesday.
The strongest evidence in the case is the Deputy’s own body camera footage.
In February 2018 Deputy Zachery Wester pulled over Teresa Odom.
He said her brake lights didn’t work. He then asked if Odom would consent to a search of her vehicle.
The Deputy’s body cam video showed a white substance in his hand as he prepared to search. The drugs ended up in Odom’s purse, before he arrested her despite her cries that the drugs didn’t belong to her.
Months later prosecutors discovered the video. Wester was suspended then fired.
119 cases in Jackson County were dismissed soon after.
When Wester was arrested in a Walmart Wednesday morning, the fired deputy was found with drug paraphernalia.
If convicted on all counts, the fired Deputy faces more than 100 years in prison.
“It’s an important case, not only for the victims, who spent time innocently, innocent victims who spent time in jail because of the actions of Mister Wester, but also for the law enforcement community,” said FDLE Spokesperson Gretl Plessinger.
Just outside Marianna in rural Jackson County, a billboard by Attorney Marie Mattox urged people to come forward. More than 30 have so far.
“Some of my clients have lost their children, lost their homes, they’ve been falsely imprisoned, and they have had tragedies in their lives because of what he’s done,” said Mattox. Mattox said none of her clients ever asked about recovering money.
Instead, they just wanted to know when Wester will be arrested.
“Very grateful for his arrest on behalf of my clients,” said Mattox.
In addition to the cases in Jackson County, 12 more in Liberty County were dismissed where Wester worked previously.
Wester remains in jail without bail. He’ll have a first appearance Thursday morning.
The Department of Law Enforcement says the case is still open and is asking any additional victims to come forward.

None of this has stopped the president from pressing ahead with the people’s demand for border security and immigration enforcement, as evidenced by the administration’s announcement this week that Immigration and Customs Enforcement internal operations to locate and deport aliens who have been ordered out of the country by a court would proceed sometime this weekend.
In response to that, some Democrats including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), who is third in line to the presidency, provided ‘advice’ on Thursday to illegal aliens targeted by the operations as to how they can avoid being taken into custody by ICE agents.
“An ICE deportation warrant is not the same as a search warrant,” Pelosi said at a press conference.
“If that is the only document ICE brings to a home raid, agents do not have the legal right to enter a home. If ICE agents don’t have a warrant signed by a judge, a person may refuse to open the door and let them in,” Pelosi continued.
The Speaker then, behind closed doors, went on to explain her “know your rights” campaign for illegal immigrants.
So, to be clear, the Speaker of the House is advising people who are in the country illegally and have been ordered out of the country by a lawful federal court operating under current law, how to continue breaking our laws by avoiding detention.
Former Florida GOP Rep. Alan West, a retired U.S. Army lieutenant colonel, was outraged by Pelosi’s actions, labeling them seditious.

In another way, “a high crime is an affront to the state, to the people, the body politic,” as Jeffrey A. Engel, director of the Southern Methodist University Center for Presidential History, writes.
Indeed, the former Florida congressman’s accusation would apply — but only if Congress found Pelosi’s statements and actions constituted “violations of public trust.”
And we know what the chances of that happening really are. But imagine the outcry from Democrats and their propagandists in the ‘mainstream media’ if the roles were reversed and Republicans had given’advice’ to criminals in defiance of an Obama administration directive or policy.

STATESBORO, Ga. (AP) - A Georgia sheriff's deputy is out of his job and behind bars on charges of sexual exploitation of children and possession of child pornography.
News outlets report Travis Tuenge was arrested Thursday and booked at Bulloch County Jail.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation told news outlets that Bulloch County Sheriff Noel Brown called on them Monday to investigate after learning that Tuenge was accused of child molestation. Brown suspended the 43-year-old deputy of his duties and he resigned shortly thereafter.

Watch: Two Brothers Arrested After Attacking Mother's Killer in Courtroom
Two men who attacked their mother’s killer in a Mahoning County, Ohio, courtroom Thursday have been arrested.
Anthony Dees, 30, was reportedly next to his aunt as she prepared to give her victim impact statement when he jumped over a table and began attacking Dale Williams, 62, the man who allegedly killed his mother, Elizabeth Pledger.
Reports state that in 2017, Williams rammed his car into his ex-girlfriend’s vehicle and then shot her multiple times when she got out. Police arrived at the scene during the shooting and arrested Williams.
The night before the alleged murder, Pledger filed a police report claiming that Williams was angry with her and had recently threatened her.
Video footage shows three officers attempting to stop Dees, but he is able to break free and continue the attack. Two officers wrestle him to the floor after he grabs Williams’ leg, pulling him to the ground. Dees punches and kicks Williams repeatedly before he is handcuffed by the officers.
Dees’ younger brother, Jerome Stuart Dees, 23, attempts to join the brawl but is eventually subdued by an officer’s stun gun.
“He killed my mother, man,” Stuart Dees says as he is being handcuffed. “That was my mama; she took care of me, bro.”
Mahoning County Sheriff, Jerry Green, told reporters that Williams’ sentencing was rescheduled for Monday due to the incident. Reports state that he could face up to 23 years in prison.
Green said he understands that in a courtroom emotions can run high but said fighting is “completely unacceptable.”
Both of the brothers were charged with contempt of court, misdemeanor assault, and felony obstruction of official justice. They were sentenced to 30 days in jail.
Breitbart News reported a similar instance earlier this month when a man convicted of killing his infant son was attacked by a family member as he exited an Indiana courtroom following his sentencing.
The judge sentenced Jeremiah Matthew Hartley, the murdered child’s uncle, to 179 days in jail.

Actually, it was creared by Hussein. This all began under him. Congress did nothing while he made up his own immigration laws. He neutralized ICE and planted landmines everywhere. They have to keep that southern border open at all costs. Almost all of them are benefitting financially from the drugs and human trafficking across it.

Complaint Alleges Syrian Man Plotted Attacks in the Name of ISIS
Mustafa Mousab Alowemer, 21, a resident of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was arrested today based on a federal complaint charging him with one count of attempting to provide material support and resources to the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS), a designated foreign terrorist organization, and two counts of distributing information relating to an explosive, destructive device, or weapon of mass destruction in relation to his plan to attack a church in Pittsburgh.
The announcement was made by Assistant Attorney General for National Security John C. Demers, U.S. Attorney Scott W. Brady for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Assistant Director Michael McGarrity of the FBI’s Counterterrorism Division and Special Agent in Charge Robert Jones of the FBI’s Pittsburgh Division.
“Targeting places of worship is beyond the pale, no matter what the motivation,” said Assistant Attorney General Demers. “The defendant is alleged to have plotted just such an attack of a church in Pittsburgh in the name of ISIS. The National Security Division and our partners will continue our efforts to identify and bring to justice individuals in our country who seek to commit violence on behalf of ISIS and other terrorist organizations. I want to thank the agents, analysts, and prosecutors who are responsible for this investigation.”
“Our top priority is protecting the citizens of western Pennsylvania,” said U.S. Attorney Brady. “Every day investigators and prosecutors work tirelessly behind the scenes to disrupt terrorist activity and keep our community safe. While the public does not always see the results of the hard work of these dedicated men and women, this case is a visible demonstration of our commitment to rooting out terrorists and bringing them to justice.”
“Court documents show Mustafa Alowemer planned to attack a church in the name of ISIS, which could have killed or injured many people. Fortunately, his plans were foiled by the full force of the FBI Pittsburgh Joint Terrorism Task Force,” said Assistant Director McGarrity. “The FBI takes threats to churches and other religious institutions extremely seriously and will use all our resources to stop potential terrorist attacks against them.”
“We will use every resource available to identify potential violent actors and protect the public,” said Special Agent in Charge Jones. “Our Joint Terrorism Task Force is dedicated to identifying and bringing to justice those individuals who provide material support to foreign terrorist organizations, promote violent extremism and threaten our national security. The invaluable partnerships the FBI Pittsburgh JTTF has with our federal state and local partners allow us to work tirelessly to protect Americans from terrorism.”
According to an affidavit filed in U.S. District Court in Pittsburgh:
The FBI Pittsburgh JTTF investigation of Mustafa Mousab Alowemer (Alowemer) revealed that Alowemer plotted to bomb a church located on the North Side of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (the Church), using a weapon of mass destruction (i.e., an explosive device). According to Alowemer, his motivation to detonate a device at the Church was to support the cause of ISIS and to inspire other ISIS supporters in the United States to join together and commit similar acts in the name of ISIS. Alowemer also targeted the Church in order to “take revenge for our [ISIS] brothers in Nigeria.” Alowemer was aware that numerous people in or around the Church could be killed by the explosion.
According to the complaint and information provided to the FBI by the Department of Homeland Security, Alowemer was born in Daraa, Syria, and was admitted to the United States as a refugee on Aug. 1, 2016.
In furtherance of the plot to bomb the Church, in May 2019, Alowemer distributed multiple instructional documents related to the construction and use of explosives and improvised explosive devices (IEDs) to an individual Alowemer believed to be a fellow ISIS supporter, but who was in fact an FBI employee. Alowemer distributed these documents with the intent that the information be used in the assembly of a destructive device and in furtherance of conducting an attack in support of ISIS. In or around June 2019, Alowemer purchased several items with the belief that they were necessary to assemble a destructive device and with the intention that they be used to construct the explosives that would be detonated in the vicinity of the Church.

2 Priests Arrested & Dragged Out of Abortion Clinic in New Jersey
Two priests and two lay people were arrested today after distributing roses and counseling women in a New Jersey abortion clinic.
LifeSiteNews reported that police arrested Fr. Fidelis Moscinski, CFR, Fr. Dave Nix, Will Goodman, and an anonymous layperson after they “entered and refused to leave” the Garden State Gynecology abortion facility in New Jersey.

Jeffrey Epstein's New Mexico ranch linked to investigation
At the center of Jeffrey Epstein's secluded New Mexico ranch sits a sprawling residence the financier built decades ago — complete with plans for a 4,000-square-foot (372-square-meter) courtyard, a living room roughly the size of the average American home and a nearby private airplane runway.
Known as the Zorro Ranch, the high-desert property is now tied to an investigation that the state attorney general's office says it has opened into Epstein with plans to forward findings to federal authorities in New York.
Epstein, who pleaded not guilty this week to federal sex trafficking charges in New York, has not faced criminal charges in New Mexico. But the scandal surrounding him has still sent a jolt through the rural southwestern state as it comes under scrutiny for laws that allowed him to avoid registering as a sex offender following a guilty plea a decade ago in Florida.
"New Mexico continues to lag behind the rest of the country in strengthening outdated and weak laws that fail to protect our children from abuse," New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas said in an emailed statement to The Associated Press. "This is a huge black eye for our state."
In addition to confirming his office had interviewed possible victims of Epstein who visited his ranch south of Santa Fe, Balderas' spokesman also said Friday that the attorney general would renew his push for legislation requiring anyone with a sex trafficking conviction to register as a sex offender in New Mexico.
In 2008, Epstein pleaded guilty in Florida to state charges of soliciting a minor for prostitution under an agreement that required him to spend 13 months in jail and register as a sex offender. The agreement has been widely criticized for secretly ending a federal sex abuse investigation involving at least 40 teenage girls at the time that could have landed him behind bars for life.
Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta said Friday he's stepping down amid the tumult over his handling of the 2008 deal with Epstein. Acosta was the U.S. attorney in Miami when he oversaw the non-prosecution agreement.
The indictment filed in New York this week accuses Epstein of paying girls hundreds of dollars in cash for massages and then molesting them at his homes in Palm Beach, Florida, and New York from 2002 through 2005. The charges carry the potential for up to 45 years in prison.
In New Mexico, the attorney general said he has been in touch with the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Southern District of New York. Balderas' office has not said, however, how many accusers his office has interviewed and he has not elaborated on what they say took place at the ranch.
In a 2015 court filing in Florida, a plaintiff in a lawsuit against Epstein said she had been abused at several locations, including the New Mexico property.
Records show Epstein purchased the ranch, valued by county officials at over $12 million, from the family of former Gov. Bruce King, who died 10 years ago. A 1995 Santa Fe New Mexican story about his plans to build a mansion on the property said the home would be 26,700 square feet (2,480 square meters) with a 2,100-square-foot (195-square-meter) living room.
Aerial images of the property show an airplane hangar and landing strip. Closer to the east edge of the property, several structures that appear to serve as small homes and stables stand in public view.
The King family still owns land surrounding much of Epstein's ranch near the town of Stanley, a rural outpost on the plains that stretch east of the Sandia Mountains.
Gary King, the son of the former governor, was the state attorney general from 2007 to 2015, and was among a handful of candidates in the state who returned Epstein campaign donations.
King had received $15,000 from Epstein in 2006 during his first-bid for attorney general, and then received $35,000 from firms linked to Epstein in 2014.
Former Gov. Bill Richardson donated $50,000 in 2006 gubernatorial campaign contributions from Epstein to charity.
In neighboring Arizona, Epstein donated $50,000 to the University of Arizona in 2017, the Arizona Republic newspaper reported Saturday.
Epstein gave the money to the university through his foundation Gratitude America Ltd., the Republic and the Daily Beast website reported. The money was designated for a 2017 Science of Consciousness conference, the Daily Beast reported.
The university didn't know of Epstein's involvement in the foundation, Pam Scott, the university's associate vice president of external communications, told the Republic. The university does not plan to return the donation, Scott said.

An Oakridge man has been indicted by a secret Lane County grand jury on charges related to a yearlong child pornography investigation that landed the man in jail earlier this month.
Randall DeWitt Simons, 66, was taken into custody July 2 by Springfield police, who had been assisting Oakridge police in investigating a July 2018 report from A&W that someone had been using the restaurant’s WiFi to download inappropriate and concerning images.

The Lane County secret grand jury indictment alleges 15 counts of second-degree encouraging child sex abuse. Simons was arraigned Thursday and entered not guilty pleas to all of the charges. He is due back in court Aug. 7 for a pre-trial conference.
According to a search warrant affidavit filed in Lane County Circuit Court this month, police tracked a computer’s identification address from the restaurant’s WiFi system after authorities had been notified of the illegal activity. The tracking led police to a man who lived near the restaurant. After an investigation, and the service of a search warrant, police learned that man had given away his old computers that still had his identification information on them. The man provided the name of one man who he had given a computer to, who lived nearby.
In following those leads, Oakridge and Springfield police began investigating Simons in June, and using a special software program, were able to see Simons’ computer log in to the A&W WiFi in real time. A device showed police where the signal was coming from, and led to Simons’ home, the affidavit states.
A search warrant was filed June 27 to search Simons’ residence. There, police collected four laptops, three camcorders, two bags of writable optical discs, and six cameras.

Amendment to defend spending bill passed on party-line vote, fate of measure uncertain in Senate
The House of Representatives moved Friday to make military commissions held at Guantanamo Bay more transparent by paving the way for proceedings to be broadcast online.
An amendment potentially broadening the public’s access to the proceedings was included in the 2020 National Defense Authorization Act considered on Capitol Hill.
Offered by Rep. Adam Schiff, California Democrat, the measure authorizes military judges at Guantanamo Bay “to order arrangements for remote public viewing of the proceedings via internet.”
The amendment was passed by a voice vote and included in the version of the NDAA subsequently approved by the House.
Suspected terrorists have been held and tried at the U.S. military base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, since shortly following the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, though several barriers have prevented the public from staying on top of the proceedings held there.
Relatives of 9/11 victims, members of the media and others wishing to watch the military commissions at Gitmo must travel to the island or one of a handful of domestic military bases where the proceedings are viewable on closed-circuit television.
Mr. Schiff, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, introduced the amendment after a report he requested from the Government Accountability Office recommended that the military consider making the commissions available online.
“The military commissions at Guantanamo have been out of sight, and therefore out of mind, for far too long,” said Rep. Schiff, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee.”As Guantanamo nears its third decade, and with trials still years away, it is all the more important that victim’s families, the media and the public are able to follow the trials before the military commissions.
The version of the defense bill passed by the Democratic-controlled House was approved by a nearly party-line vote of 220-197.
Mr. Schiff applauded the amendment’s inclusion in the House bill and said he would push for it to appear in the final version considered by Congress.
The Republican-controlled Senate passed its own version of the NDAA last month without, and lawmakers will next need to reconcile both bills before coming up with a version to send to President Trump to sign.
The White House previously raised concerns with the House version of NDAA earlier in the week and said that Mr. Trump’s advisers would recommend he veto the bill in its current form.
Forty detainees are currently held at Guantanamo Bay, including alleged 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and others accused of involvement in the attacks.

'course I did. Just asking because there's lots of parameters in celestial maths, and even a "ship" is bound to some "realities" (position, time) which determine the sky/positions of stars.
In the Q-experiment, it's not quite clear what these might be in order to apply any celestial stuff meaningfully.
