I read this anon and re-read it. I'm so sorry. What a nightmare. I don't even know what to say other than you are not alone in bad times. Mine pale in comparison with what you wrote but just know that you are not alone. I will keep you in my thoughts.

You Know OP, I don't think this was your intention but you did a good thing with this thread. Lots of us have grievances. Specific ones that we cant solve mainly because of local laws getting in the way. Yours is awful and impossible for one man to solve alone as is mine. Maybe we can find common ground in communication on that topic of nasty local and state laws. Here is my problem.

I'm officially Homeless. Like you it is a problem that not everyone has. That said it is something that, if fixed, would benefit all. Essentially you are exhibiting a symptom of the disease as am I. The Disease is government over-reach. The Symptoms are both your nightmarish problem with your kids and the state and my homelessness. Perhaps we can bring attention to this mess and offer a solution. Like you I will ask. Q. Are you listening?

Like I mentioned previously I and my family are homeless. Not like you would think though. I own a nice piece of land and built a cabin on it. Catch is my land is zoned out for residential construction. So I originally intended it as a summer hang out place and not permanent habitation. As we both lost our jobs we decided to ditch the rental and crash on our land in the cabin while we figured things out. Well, We had such a lovely time that we permanently downsized to 300 sq feet and never went back to jobs and houses and bullshit like that. It was just so awesome to do our own thing. We did get some small work from home stuff and I took up crypto trading to fill the gaps but our bills are nearly zero.

I learned that living a nice simple life is EASY. I work like 2 hours a day to maintain the lifestyle that my wife and I BOTH worked 10 hours a day before to meet. It is super easy to grow a years food for our little family of 3 and heat our tiny cabin with wood. So whats wrong…

Well, ITS ALL ILLEGAL. The land we own is almost 200 acres and is zoned as farm and forest land which means I can grow timber or crops and that's it. No residence no matter what. Essentially we live in fear every day that since we are effectively squatting on our own land that at any moment we could be run out of our home and sent to live in our cars or whatever which is completely ridiculous. Then it hit me. Why the fuck are there so many homeless people everywhere? Well, its because they simply cant afford or build a home. So this is my solution.

We need a Natural Personal Freedom amendment to the constitution that puts the individual ahead of the Government. This will include you as well OP with the nightmare with your kids.

In this constitutional amendment we well have a right to live a basic subsistence lifestyle on private land. This one is for me.

An individual with a reasonable piece of land that is privately owned may build a basic home on it and live there unimpeded by building codes. Safety bullshit. Environmental drivel and taxes on the improvements of the land. Limits for a basic lifestyle could simply be a 500 square foot residence. Off-grid utilities(Solar/wind). Transported drinking water and a plastic outhouse. CIties will obviously be allowed to ban the practice within city limits and if a city anexes land whereby someone is living like this they are grandfathered for life.

Counties CANNOT BAN THIS AT ALL with the following exception: Only a single home per tax lot is allowed. No more than 4 people per home. Minimum acreage cannot fall below 4 acres. The home must be built by the owner and is non-transferable. What this means is that a developer cannot buy up all the land and put commercial tiny-houses on them and sell it for an insanely high price. These homes cant be sold. If someone wants to sell the land the home must be destroyed.

Now for YOU OP.

As part of Natural Personal Freedom Parenting is held sacred. Parents rule their children until the age of 18 as long as they are deemed fit to do so. A felony conviction or mental insanity or addiction may be a reason to break this rule but that would require a ?court order? (IANAL). As part of this parents are free to defend their children from any and all threats to their lives with any necessary force. (Essentially a parental castle law) This needs to be written in such a way that if a parent can prove that a person, like a drug dealer, is putting their child in grave harm that is life threatening then that parent can respond with deadly force in any situation anywhere. Drug dealer getting your kid hooked on Herion? Grab your ex-Marine neighbor and an off duty cop drinking buddy and just go shoot them and bring your kid home. Prove it in court and you are good to go. This would put an absolute end that that bullshit in all but the weakest single mom tier families. In that case they can legally request help from authorities and they can act in the parents interest with their protections. The parental protections are temporarily transferable.

Along with parental castle laws would be a general castle law that applies to all. This law will look a lot like the Texas castle law that is in effect there now.

You have no duty to retreat from any place you HAVE A LEGAL RIGHT TO BE. I put that in caps for a reason and you will see why. You also have a legal right to defend your land from trespasses with force if need be. The only limitation is that if you are not in a hostile situation you cannot simply shoot someone who is lost in the woods and wanders onto your land. If they REFUSE to leave though you are free to remove them with any force necessary. Agents of the state need a warrant to set foot on private land with out permission without exception.

This rule will broadly apply to anywhere you have a legal right to be. This includes your automobile while you travel or any public transportation you legally occupy. This is specifically there so citizens can shoot back at unruly police who engage in Civil Asset Forfeiture.

If there is anything at all that could take down this entire awakening it is the fact that you, the good guys there in Washington, think that it is still a good idea to hide technology from us. We know the Russians have LENR technology. You think its a good idea to hide history from us (Bravo on the JFK files… see… no chimp out!). You better think again. We also are finding out about Antarctica. Expect well funded and well equipped military style excursions and even private drone overflights of the "goings on" down there to begin in earnest soon. Think you will stop everyone? Think again.

Qanon and President Trump. You guys are amazing in almost every regard. Your only failing is that you still find it appropriate to hide our own information from us. This must stop. If you do not end and firmly OUTLAW secret information (IBOR IS JUST LOVELY) then a new cabal will rise up immediately after this one falls. Mark my words. Hell, I will try to start a central bank the day after the FED falls if you dont outlaw that shit (NESARA PLEASE). THE SECRETS MUST END. Posting for me: I’m sick of all the talk about the great economy. I just graduated in Chemical Engineering and have been job hunting for 9 months. Nobody is hiring, I’m homeless, losing my kids in a divorce, and the custody judge is corrupt.

Family Courts are destroying the family, as they have been re-purposed for that intent for several decades now. Find me a family court that actually obeys the Constitution or SCOTUS rulings. I'm not sure there is one anymore. They routinely trash the 1st, 5th and 14th amendment as though it doesn't exist on the local level. They are funneling money into the system through federal grants to fund CPS for adoption and child welfare, which is all the incentive they need to take kids away from perfectly good parents. They are funneling money into their coffers from social security to assist with child support collection, which discourages them from 50/50 arrangements since those do not have child support.

Then you have the judicial retention system which is an absolute joke. It's near impossible to remove a bad judge, and the internal systems almost never do anything to admonish them either as it's all for show and very similar to Comey's investigation of Hillary.

Millions of men are being forced into the role of deadbeat dad, because they must either work themselves to death to stay current with their support payments (and then be too tired or too busy to spend any time with their kids) or they can fall behind in their payments and be denied the ability to spend time with their kids (not to mention locked up as well).

I thought indentured servitude and debtors prisons were illegal in the US.

This is nothing more than another way to enforce socialism in society. They want Group A to spend Group B's money, and they've found a way so that Group B is no longer the rich tax payers. In this case, Group B is men, and they need to pay to support the women and children because they have it so rough.

So instead of the government providing for these women and children, now the men get to do it instead, and the government has found a way to pass that buck to someone else.

The men just get to be an ATM and no longer get to play the role they signed up for, that of father, role model and care giver. They miss out on all the birthdays, holidays, skinned knees, first dates, nightmares, and tummy aches, but are still there to provide that monthly allowance for the ex-wife and her new boyfriend. It's nice to know they can still afford the finer things in life and that I can help them have such a good time.

Is ANYTHING going to be done to fix this fucking mess?

OP, I know of your situation and pain all too well. My details are different, but I've been dealing with it since 1991. Please stay strong and don't give into your base instincts. If you can do that, you will survive and things will improve. Improvement may not be in ways you wish, but it will get better for you.

Fight what you can fight and endure what you cannot. Stay strong. I guarantee there are others praying for you and your family at this very moment – never underestimate the power of prayer.
