Why did a Daily Telegraph article dated on the website 3/2/18 but containing an article from 2013 on Snowden's time in Hong Kong appear in my "Twitter Top News" today and then disappear? And then, reappear. Why did the Daily Telegraph have this on 3/2/18 show in Twitter as Top News and just as quickly disappear from Top News?
