Rigvir, a Latvia-invented injectable cancer drug, finds itself at the center of fresh controversy after LTV investigative show De Facto revealed vials of Rigvir virus sold to patients appeared to be less than they seem.

The Health Inspectorate and the State Agency of Medicines (ZVA) decided last autumn to test the anti-cancer product Rigvir in the laboratory and the preliminary results have proven to be deeply concerning, reported De Facto March 24.

A sample of Rigvir was sent to an independent laboratory in the United Kingdom. It found that the amount of Rigvir ECHO-7 virus, which is supposed to fight cancer cells, is of a much smaller amount than promised by the manufacturer.

"It's like buying what you think is lemon juice, but finding that what you have is lemon-flavored water," said Guntars Kaspars, ZVA's deputy laboratory director.

Following the results of the first tests, another batch of samples has been sent for testing to the UK, with results expected soon. Meanwhile, Rigvir was removed from sale in Latvia, as recently reported by LSM, though the company said at the time that this was due to "financial reasons" and made no mention of clinical concerns.

"The public should not be worried about some sort of problem, and it does not threaten public health," said Rigvir representative Kristīne Jučkoviča, again insisting that the medication had been pulled from the market as a result of financial restructuring.

According to De Facto, if the findings of the later samples are the same as those of the first samples, the medicine will likely banned from sale in Latvia and excluded from the list of reimbursable medications.

Two years ago, doctors' medical organizations (including the Latvian Oncologists Association) asked for the product to be withdrawn from the list of reimbursable medicines and for its registration in the national medicines register to be withdrawn on the basis that the clinical data supporting its effectiveness was of poor quality and the money spent on Rigvir could more usefully be spent on other cancer treatments. Last year the state contributed around 240,000 euros towards the costs of patients undergoing treatment with Rigvir.

The request was ignored by the Health Ministry and Rigvir has liked to portray itself as a Latvian success story pioneering cancer treatment, despite its lack of necessary clinical certification for sale in the rest of the European Union or the United States.

Former Russian press minister and presidential media adviser Mikhail Lesin found dead in DC's DuPont Hotel, November 5, 2015 was some how able to show his passport, and boarding pass, for a flight that departed LOS 12-15-2015. ( U.S. Customs confirmed. )

Christopher Steele, former head of the British secret agency's Russia desk filed a report alleging Lesin was bludgeoned to death. More on this below.

Mikhail Lesin died at the age of 57 in his suite in DC’s Dupont Hotel on November 5, 2015. During his career as a statesman, he held the offices of Russian press minister and presidential media adviser served as Putin’s press minister from 1999 to 2004.

After he left public service, Lesin was appointed head of Gazprom-Media, remaining in charge of the Russian media giant from 2013 to 2015. He is also considered to be one of the masterminds behind the idea to create RT as an English-language television network to convey Russian positions to an international audience.

Friday, State Department spokesman John Kirby declined to explain why it took almost four months to transfer the crucial evidence, or speak about the nature of the probe, which he first referred to as a criminal investigation.

However, when asked by AP’s Matt Lee to confirm if Lesin had been killed, the spokesman retracted his statement, saying that he used the the word criminal, inappropriately.

A direct communication channel between DC police and the Russian authorities has been established to facilitate the exchange, according to Kirby.

Meanwhile, White House press secretary Josh Earnest said at a Friday briefing that he believes the FBI might have been involved in the investigation, without going into details, TASS had reported.

Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry had said it had not received any substantive information on the course of the investigation four months after it had been launched.

The request falls within the scope of the treaty between the US and Russia on mutual legal assistance in criminal matters, as the cause of Lesin’s death has not been established by now and the parties concerned have not been informed, Karapetyan added.

Christopher Steele filed a report alleging Lesin was bludgeoned to death by men working for an oligarch with ties to Putin, according to Buzz Feed.

Steele, is a former head of the British secret agency's Russia desk.

He alleged in a report to the FBI that Lesin had been killed accidentally during an attempt to intimidate him, the news site said.

An FBI source told BuzzFeed: "What I can tell you is that there isn’t a single person inside the bureau who believes this guy got drunk, fell down, and died.

"Everyone thinks he was whacked and that Putin or the Kremlin were behind it."

The agent said: “Lesin was beaten to death. There seems to be an effort here to cover up that fact for reasons I can’t get into."

I have always seen a lot of parallels in this movie to our current time (and many other times in the past) where the liberals get increasingly "intolerant" of anything they disagree with. Like today, they put more and more restrictions on speech, thoughts and actions that go against their goals. Hopefully, a time will come soon when we (the good guys) revolt and throw off the oppressors and restore real freedom and liberty to everyone.

Gorilla Breeding and Reproduction

Gorillas are mammals with a reproduction behavior similar to that of other hominids. A lot of research has been done to learn about this part of their life, but most of the information currently available comes from individuals in captivity, particularly in the cases of mountain gorillas (Gorilla beringei beringei) and western lowland gorillas (Gorilla gorilla gorilla).

After researching their reproductive behavior, it has been found that all subspecies share many similarities to each other. Similar to humans, Female gorillas give birth to 1 offspring per delivery, and rarely produce twins. The estrous cycle or reproductive cycle, the recurring reproductive cycle is 28/30-33 days, depending on the subspecies.

After their first ovulatory cycle, they have to wait for a two-year period to breed an infant.

Females become sexually mature at 10-12 years old, while males at 11-13 years. Female gorillas can reach sexual maturity years earlier, even at 7-8 years old, and can have their first ovulatory cycle even during their sixth year of life, but they do not start breeding until they are ten years old or later. One of the most surprising facts is that after their first ovulatory cycle, they are unable to procreate an infant for about two years.

Courtship and mating

Gorillas are polygamous animals. By nature, male gorillas can perceive the moment when a female is in heat (available to mate), but the external signs are not as evident as in female chimpanzees, which show a swelling in the genital region easy to note.

Apparently, there is not a specific mating season so that they can mate during any time of the year. Females are in heat during 1 or 2 days a month, but before they start having sex partners they must be separated from their born troop and start searching for a “silverback” male from another group. Females are the ones who attract male gorillas with body movements: initially, slowly and leisurely they approach the “silverback” with uninterrupted eye contact while puckering their lips and then they have to assess the male response to take the next step. If the male courted do not react at her insinuation, she gets closer and can even touch him. If this still does not work, she hardly hit the ground in a final attempt to draw his attention once and for all.

Usually, only the “silverback” leader has the right to mate with the females.

In case a male perform the courtship, the purpose is the same: attract a female to mate with her, for that, he gets closer to touch her and emit sounds. In groups with several males, females may be forced to copulate with more than one, but usually, only the “silverback” leader has the right to mate with a female.

After courtship, they copulate on the ground. Until recently it was believed that only humans and bonobos mated face to face, but now is known that gorillas are also able to do it.

Offspring care.

Gorilla gestation period is about 8.5 months. Births usually occur at night, any time of the year and every four years or so. This low reproduction rate complicates the recovery of continuously decimated populations. Also, 38-40 percent of the infants die at some point during their first three years of life, during the lactation period.

Gorillas are born weighing about 2 kilos, and mostly their moms take care of them. Males usually do not participate in offspring care, although sometimes socialize with them. The mother carries her young, which firmly holds the mother’s hair up to they are 3-6 months old when the infant begins to walk. Infants weaning starts when they are three years old. As typically happens in primates, the mother-infant bond is unyielding and can last for many years.

The life cycle of gorillas is similar to the human life cycle in stages, although not in times. The first stage is childhood and ranges from birth until about five months old. I think I have stumbled across something potentially significant in passing. I apologize in advance if someone else has already raised this. I'm a lurker, only slightly familiar with the chans and how they work, but I try to follow what is happening. This struck me as so obviously connected that I felt compelled to act by posting it. Please take it from here and run with it, as I am not too familiar with the ins and outs of how posts behave after originally posting. I will try to follow as best I can.

I enjoy watching the Game of Thrones series, as many do, for what it's worth. I've gone back to watch some earlier sequences, as many have. Watching season 1, episode 6 just now, there is a scene which, as soon as it appeared on screen, sent a jolt through my mind and that dropping sensation in my stomach. It reminded me of the recent Comey tweets where he comments "So many questions" and then later "So many answers".

It appears to me that the scene is the one where King Robert B. goes out for his final hunt, about halfway through the episode. The environment seems virtually identical to the one in Comey's tweets. LOOKS AT THE TREES, AND THE LANDSCAPE. That was the first jolt for me.

Then, after considering that, watch it again and consider the dialogue. There is a conversation about "simpler times" … "enemy being right there in the open… all but sending you a bloody invitation" … and then some mention of "balls and masquerades" … reminds me a lot of what goes on in elite circles… etc.

THIS ALL SEEMS TOO TOPICALLY-RELATED TO IGNORE. Too obvious to be coincidental?

Is Comey using the scenery in his tweets to point people to the dialogue in that episode? So he can say things and express his concerns/questions without explicitly saying those things himself on Twitter?

PROMIS computer program I think this is the computer program life log in the early days of the late 80's and early 90's.

The Prosecutor's Management Information System (Promis) is a database system developed by Inslaw Inc., a Washington, D.C.-based, information technology company.

Promis was first developed by Inslaw during the 1970s under contracts and grants from the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration (LEAA). These guarantees gave the government licenses to use the early versions of Promis but not to modify them, or to create derivative works, or to distribute Promis outside the federal government. By 1982, because of strong disagreements over a fee-incentive, Modification 12 Agreement to the original contract, the United States Department of Justice and Inslaw Inc. became involved in a widely-publicized and protracted lawsuit (see: Inslaw Inc. v. United States Government); however, what follows is intended to be an article on What Promis Is and How Promis works.

What is Promis?

Designed as a case-management system for prosecutors, PROMIS has the ability to track people. "Every use of PROMIS in the court system is tracking people," said Inslaw President Hamilton. "You can rotate the file by case, defendant, arresting officer, judge, defense lawyer, and it's tracking all the names of all the people in all the cases."

What this means is that PROMIS can provide a complete rundown of all federal cases in which a lawyer has been involved, or all the cases in which a lawyer has represented defendant A, or all the cases in which a lawyer has represented white-collar criminals, at which stage in each of the cases the lawyer agreed to a plea bargain, and so on. Based on this information, PROMIS can help a prosecutor determine when a plea will be taken in a particular type of case.

But the real power of PROMIS, according to Hamilton, is that with a staggering 570,000 lines of computer code, PROMIS can integrate innumerable databases without requiring any reprogramming. In essence, PROMIS can turn blind data into information. And anyone in government will tell you that information, when wielded with finesse, begets power. Converted to use by intelligence agencies, as has been alleged in interviews by ex-CIA and Israeli Mossad agents, PROMIS can be a powerful tracking device capable of monitoring intelligence operations, agents and targets, instead of legal cases.

MO was in France when ND burned down. There is a photo of her on a dinner cruise posted by the daily news on 4/16. In the pic she is drinking a glass of wine and if you look at the reflection in her glass you can see ND with smoke rising from it.

NP was in same town in Ireland where Lyra McKee was shot and killed. She was interviewed during the day and Lyra was killed that night and the circumstances are questionable. Replacing the Federal Reserve with gold is a strange solution, as the Rothschilds/Payseurs have all the gold, and the debt-money system is in need of a reset. It was the most rational of times, and Pope's rigid style kept poetry locked in the strictest beat, tick-tocking back and forth like clockwork.

And hence we turn the machine against itself and intend to snip-snap it into submission with the irresistable tick of our couplets' heroics.

If I understand this correctly, they submit a requisition for quality-certified materials to the vendor (In this case SAPA) The vendor (not sure if this is contracted or not) generates a bill for the “quality-certified” materials and it is submitted to the government to be paid by (we the people) via taxes. The government gives them the money via contract (for whatever is being built). They take the money but actually pay for the falsely-certified materials at a much lesser cost, and probably split a percentage of the difference between what they received and what they actually paid (like a kickback). Everything washes clean in the bookkeeping…money out, “quality-certified” materials listed in the books received. The entire sum of money is accounted for and the “difference” is therefore able to be redirected to other “off-the-books” projects. This plan has a multi-layered effect in that not only have they made money to redirect wherever there is a need to further their agenda, but the use of substandard materials also will purposely weaken our military and put the people protecting the country in greater danger because their tools and protections have become less effective, and by design, using falsely-certified low-quality materials will instigate mechanical failure or rapid degradation etc. Finally preventing space domination. I have no idea what is going on up there, but Trump has mentioned space quite a bit…so those disclosures will be interesting to say the least. The President has all the Executive Power! All of it! It is given to him by the Constitution. Not the Attorney General, not the FBI, not the Department of Justice. The President!

These departments and agencies only get their executive power from the President. These agencies & departments were created to delegate certain executive roles to help fulfil the President’s executive duties as given him by the Constitution (to enforce the federal laws throughout the land). In other words they are his team, and any executive power they have, is solely derived from the President, who is vested with all of it by the US Constitution. If he wants to fire, disband, or restructure any of the executive branches, he can, as the Constitution has vested in him all executive power!

But what happened was traitors in Congress (with puppet President’s) created and signed into laws that created their own executive branch of government (i.e. the Deep State). This was unconstitutional and overstepping their constitutional powers.

Now they have usurped the Presidents role of enforcing the law, and have created their own law enforcers who they control. The President by the power vested by the Constitution, has all the executive power to go after anyone he thinks is breaking the law.

The reason the executive branch is a branch of it’s own, and the President cannot be indicted while in office, is because the founders knew corrupt politicians in Congress would do whatever means necessary to bring down the President (the enforcer of laws) if they themselves were law breakers. But now Congress has created their unconstitutional agencies with executive powers, they can choose who they prosecute and who they don’t (i.e. themselves). Hence no more equal justice under law.

This is the illusion they’ve been pulling over the eyes of everyone. They want to keep this illusion alive, that parts of the executive branch have their own executive powers which is not all derived from the President, when in fact the President of the United States has all executive power given to him by the Constitution! They want you to think the FBI or Attorney General or Department of Justice operate individually from the President. No they don’t, this is a lie. They are his team! He can fire and disband every single one of them, and he wouldn’t be breaking any constitutional law.

This is the Plan! Or at least a big part of it.

Why do you think Trump is stacking the Supreme Court with constitutionalist Justices? Because when the hammer finally comes down and the deep state try to challenge the Presidents true executive power, they will interpret the Constitutional exactly as it’s written in Article 2 Section 1.
