Why did RR write a letter supporting the termination of Comey.

In his letter, he explains, among other reasons, that it is grossly inappropriate for the FBI to offer an opinion about whether or not prosecution should take place. Comey offered such an opinion in the Clinton Email case because Loretta Lynch was in such a conflicted position having just been caught meeting slick willy J clinton on the tarmac.
