Sure enough, and you know it, unless the real Q confirms this post we can't put much credence in it.

However, here are some possible connections, which are as of yet quite speculative, if not far fetched:

– "Pope" Francis & Concrete (i.e construction)? Best I could find was "Pope's Construction Co." (for their name, www.popesconstruction.com), or Copenhaver Construction Inc. (for their video they have on their webpage: copenhaverconstructioninc.com/2018/06/23/argentinas-cardinal-bergoglio-elected-pope-francis/). It may be worth mentioning that Copenhaver is managed, amonst others, by one Sandra Kazmierzcak, and Kazmierczak is the old family name of Merkel – but that's far fetched & there are lots of Kazmierczaks in this world.

– Party of Concrete Warsaw could refer to (former) Communist Party of Poland. Concrete was used quite often during the communist era. Possibly that was some kind of nickname, the Polish gave to that party (niemcydlasolidarnosci.pl/polish-german-relations/)

– Warsaw Poland 1968: Students & Intelligentsia march against communist regime (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1968_Polish_political_crisis), causing quite a number of jews & educated people to emigrate.

– Trump visited Warsaw in beginning of July 2017 before the G20 summit in Hamburg (theguardian.com/us-news/2017/jul/04/donald-trump-poland-visit-fears-widening-europe-warsaw)
