Sorry for butting in with rules-related bullshit again, but I have made some small adjustments to Rules 4 and 6.

If the designer of the system understands the physics of the media (and the device isn't compromised….pfft) then it isn't necessarily difficult to delete data completely. You just need to understand how it would be recovered and make sure you're well below the discernment threshhold.
