Washington Post is talking about Joshua Schulte as a suspect in a C_A cyber tools leaker to Wikileaks (Vault 7):

https://www.mercurynews.com/2018/05/15/us-identifies-suspect-in-leak-of-ca-hacking-tools/

There are some things about this case that smell fishy, like a possible CIA dirty tricks op against him:

- he had reported CIA “incompetent management and bureaucracy” to the IG and Congressional oversight

- he previously worked for NSA

- he left CIA during 2016, which would be during some of the most corrupt times at the Agency

- the search warrants didn't yield anything showing he leaked

- they flagged that he'd used TOR, but lots of people do that, particularly in his line of work

- he's being held on "child porn" charges related to a shared server that about 50 to 100 people have access to

- the FBI waited six months to bring the child porn charges

Dropping some child porn on a server would be an easy setup of him.

I wonder if he knows some dirty secrets and someone wants to keep him quiet?

Interesting that I found the WP article at the top left of Drudge Report and it was in red text, showing it was a hot topic. The link disappeared from Drudge within 10 minutes.

Correction, I said Washington Post, I meant Mercury News. That is a Silicon Valley based newspaper, which is another interesting connection.

Mercury News was purchased by MediaNews Group, which became Digital First Media. The CEO was Steve Rossi, until he "retired" on October 23, 2017. He was replaced by Guy Gilmore.

Duh I see the byline is Washington Post, that's why I got things cross wired. So the article is available on both sites.
