Judges can issue bench warrants to compel miscreants to appear before them, but the FISA court has failed to do so when they were deceived into issuing warrants to spy under false pretenses by bureaucrats who swore falsely.
What am I to make of this?
Am I wrong?
Can't the judge they lied to just issue a warrant for the perjurer to appear before them?
