He appears to be an ally of Wikipedia's BatteryIncluded and Koncorde, and is cahoots with Wyvernkeeper.

He seems to want every people in the world to take their meds, hastening their deaths. His targets include Putin, Trump, and the Democrats, including Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.
