You're really comparing this to detention camps...really? Hope you stretched before reaching for that. This is nothing new, in the cases of an uncontrollable epidemic it's not unheard of to put up quick, pop-up "detention" centers to contain the sick so that they do not spread the sickness to anyone else.
Wait until you hear what Hospitals do....
