Can't be too sudden. We are already doing this to an extent. We have programs similar to the Rushyan program "Yandex" SYEber BORFARE program which uses AI to essentially hijack individual phones and drop counternarratives into them [think Jordan Peterson type content - how did it spread so widely under a controlled system?].

The problem is that most information [truth] is CLASS [1-99]. This means that people literally wouldn't even be able to "hear" the information anyways. People must first be "clear" to have a chance at accepting the CLASS info.
