so russia had stated its plan to aquire mind control weapons, aka psychotronic weapons, from 2012-2020. Putin stated "even our special forces guys cant take it for too long." There are ton of documents from russia after 1993 when the ussr broke apart, showing that the russians use pulse radiation and brainchips for mind control. There is the LIDA machine, from 1955, which uses

60-100 hz, low frequency EM waves to cause changes in cogntion, emotion, and visual and auditory hallucinations. These weapons can also cause stroke and heart attack. They have been used on castro in CUba and most recently Nicolas Maduro, who claimed his heart attack was a result of electromagnetic weapons. There is also the famous moscow signal in 1970s which gave a bunch of american diplomats leukemia and infertility. more recently, american diplomats were attacked in cuba, china, russia and australia by electromagnetic weapons; and suffered symptoms of concussion. there were papers pubilshed in JAMA and Nature about it, basically saying the diplomats have permanant brain damage.
