What a mess.
Military tribunals will take place soon and have taken place already.
They will soon be public.
You will soon be able to see the film of Hillary being hung.
Procedure: The tribunals show to the mind split people the films that the NSA has of their fragments - fragments of their person - being involved in atrocities.
The mind split people know nothing of these fragments of themselves.
Of course these MS will accept the offer to "cooperate" or, or they will rightly refuse to have anything to do with the films and what they show - and they are correct in refusing to.
The atrocities have nothing to do with them even if their fragments were involved.
Expect killings to be ordered by the tribunals therefore. People who must die and dont know why they must die.

This is a mess. Showing the films to a MS can lead to further mind splits of that person, and to suicides.
The public will get the idea that things are not being done right by QT.

The QT families are too well brought up to understand mind split.

We have to fix this now not later. I dont know how to reach the right people to explain and fix this.

Expect a horrible mess.
"Authorities" (military) are too taken in with their own "qualified" theories. You can see that now in that terminology is being used.
"MK Ultra" and such terms are used by people without their having the experience to understand what it means.
The meek do not use terminology.
The meek understand the earth.
Ask a meek person to explain what I am saying and you learn from them.
Anyone who has been thru any part of MS and knows it can explain ...

God tells us we will be impressed by the beast that has the head deadly wounded (mind split) but made whole (fragment can be active).
But realize this: the head is NOT whole, and the beast wins because we are impressed by it, and we lose.
