I think I saw that dox, it wasn't actually done here. It has been shared around on other sites first, someone just reposted it thinking they were doing the right thing.
Did you have a gab or twitter you were spreading Q facts on? Those are far easier to target.

The best you can do is stop posting about Q for a while. Stop looking for drops. Just live life outside the storm for a few months.
Don't even look for news; it will tempt you and make you nervous. You don't need that stress, it will just make it easier to stuff up.
