My take is that, it won't work in USA.
For it to work you need media which pretty much lost all credibility. The same goes for social orgs like BLM, Feminists etc. They used it too soon in previous months and people are not jumping on board in troves, quite the opposite.
And most importantly, you need large section of populace to be really mad at the Gov, so the alternative looks rosy and the protestors have legitimate reasons, not just 'muh patriarchy, systemic wacism and other Cultural Marxist divisive BS).
That's why Color Revolutions worked in Baltic States, Ukraine, Serbia - people had more or less legit reasons to dislike Gov because of corruption etc. In that sense it would be more likely to do pro-Trump revolution against Biden :-)
